After posting my initial review, Jarod came out and spoke with my father and I about the situation. I will say that he wanted to know exactly what happened. He let us know that there were HIGH CONCERNS as to the events that took place. They took disciplinary action and wanted to rectify the situation IMMEDIATELY. Jarod was a nice man and actually paid us back the $$ that we paid to the other company to fix our plumbing problem. He even sent out a gentlemen to repair the Stucco at NO CHARGE! I will say that he stood by his word and did exactly what he said he would do, without question. I appreciated everything that they said they were going to do, with follow through. If you ever have any questions or concerns with this company they will back up their service and honesty of employee practices. Thank you again Jarod!

I would not recommend this company to anyone! They will try to take you for whatever they can!! They came out to fix a stopped drain in the kitchen on Christmas Eve. The man Josh couldn't fix it, so they would have to have someone else come out with a camera the day after Christmas (Saturday). Erick told my elderly parents that it was a bad main drain pipe. He showed them the video and convinced them that it would have to be replaced with a burst pipe. I wasn't there to see the video.

He went outside to work up the numbers. He came back with a quote of $21,000.00!!!!! There was nothing itemized. He talked my parents into financing it!! They both live on their Social Security and could not afford this. I asked them to hold off. They scheduled the repair once I left for work.

I was extremely apprehensive as to what the real problem with our system was. I stopped them from going forward and had to contact 2 finance companies to withdraw. My dad took out 2 Loans!!!

I called another company and they told us the pipe was fine. They fixed the problem the santee in the wall for $750.00

STAY CLEAR OF THESE CROOKS!! TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE!! Erick should be fired!

My family has been using Alexander's Plumbing for 6 years. They do periodic maintenance on our hot water heater, installed a salt water softening system and home filtering system, installed a garbage disposal, installed raised toilets, replaced shower cartridges etc. I had originally contracted for a plumber six years ago for a service call and the plumber never showed. I came across Alexander's Plumbing through a social media request looking for a plumber. During our latest call, Alexander's Plumbing identified a failed recirculation pump manifold and replaced it. Alexander's Plumbing is a family owned business. They have always gone above and beyond to take care of all of our plumbing related needs. I highly recommend this business!

Anthony saved the day with our water heater replacement. He was great and made the process easy. 10/10

Contacted Jim to install a water heater. Requested a Bradford which he said he could get and install. After 4 months, had issues with the water heater and after a few days came back out to inspect. Said a couple of the parts went bad and needed to be replaced. Ordered and came back out a few days later with parts and said it would be $400 to replace. Of course I wasn't happy after a 4 month old unit and called the manufacturer and was told labor is covered for 1 year with their contractors. Jim knew this but thought he could just get the going rate for the repair and didn't say anything until I declined the service. He had already started the job and was 10 minutes into it so just left with the heater dismantled. Now the unit is not usable as it was before and I have no hot water for 5-6 days until contractor can come out. Jim will do just about anything for a buck and stated he doesn't do cheap jobs and looks for high end customers. Watch your pocket book as he's out for the money and not your satisfaction.

We have used CLW Plumbing for almost ten years now. Normally I am hesitant to do online reviews. But that is not the case with CLW. Originally, most of the service we received was done by owner, Jim Wheat. Over the last few years as they have grown, we have had different plumbers from CLW do the work. Quality is still the same, however, top notch! We would definitely recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

I broke my main waterline putting in fence post holes (DOH!), and was able to put in a pretty sketchy temporary fix, but obviously I needed a professional repair pretty quickly. The first plumber I called flaked on me the day they were supposed to come and did not show up. I found Plumbrite in a couple of recommendations on NextDoor, and gave them a call. Aaron was very professional and honest about his availability, but assured me he absolutely would show up. As it turns out, he called me back and let me know he should be able to come out later that day instead of two days later if he could get the parts. He called again to let me know he was able to get the parts, then called again to let me know he was on his way. His estimate for the parts and labor were very fair (plumbing expertise does not come cheap and gas and parts prices are through the roof). He even encouraged me to call around for other estimates to be sure I was satisfied. He arrived when he said he would and was able to make a perfect repair very quickly. Then to my total shock, the bill came out less than the estimate! In talking to Aaron while he worked, it was very clear to me that Plumbrite knows how to run a successful business by making customer satisfaction their top priority. I will absolutely call them first for any future plumbing needs, and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

I installed a timer on my water heater. The timer was not working. Ernesto completed the job with much professionalism and knowledge of what needed to be accomplished. Very professional and explained each step as he moved forward. I'm very pleased the knowledge and expertise Ernosto has and the job was completed in a very timely manner. VERY SATISFIED with the service and expertise.
