It was late evening and my kids just finished showering or did they…they were not able to shut the valve- it would just spun around! I was forced to cut the main water supply but lost water throughout the house! Called many sources of so called “open 24” hours and finding out nothing could be done for couple days- unbelievable!.

I called Springs Plumbing and left a message (and my hope! lol). Allen called back within 20 minutes (was busy that’s all;)) and said was able to come. (Yes!). Showed up but before entering my (messy) house, he placed shoe covering on (very thoughtful!) and proceeded to fix the issue. The job was completed quickly and saved my day! I highly recommend his services on professional, reliable and thorough level! And will use his services in the future- no doubt!

This rating is ONLY for Andrew our installer. He took good care of our Water Heater Repairs including the night our heater broke! Andrew arrived and looped the water hoses so that we would have water flow in the house and helped get the Water Heater to fully drain. His workmanship is spot on and extremely polite. If you need a water heater repair guy from Pruitt ask for Andrew! Andrew installed our new water heater and explained how the new system worked!! Thank you Andrew!!

This company is absolutely the most amazing company I’ve ever worked with. They are dedicated to problem solving and getting the job done. Their customer service went further than any other company I’ve worked with. For example, they replaced half of the piping in my house two years ago and just the other day all my bathrooms and sinks clogged up and filled up. I called the company when everyone else was busy, the owners wife came out to help me resolve the issue herself. As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.
