The young men that came to install the system were very respectful of us as seniors. We were kept informed as things were progressing. If they needed to do something, not related to work they would always ask permission. They stayed until the system was working to our satisfaction, which was well into the evening, due to complications they encountered during installation of the unit. Their names are Junior, and his helper whose name I forgot and Marcos. Gary the repair man was very nice and explained in detail what would be need and why we needed the new unit. Worked hard to get us scheduled a next day install, when you're without heat we were more than happy.

We were referred to Aussie by another plumbing company who we normally use but was unavailable at the time we needed service. Aussie answered the phone when we called and was in constant contact via phone and text prior, during and after the service. All the staff was very professional and experienced and we would recommend using Aussie for your plumbing needs.

We had some plumbing issues with the sum pump. The plumbers came out out with uniforms and acted very professionally. They were able to diagnose the problem, provide an estimate and fix the issue on the same day. The manager is very reasonable and willing to listen. I really appreciate their service!

They take good care of their customers

I have used them in the past when a pipe burst and my house flooded and they were fine, however, I will never use again. This past visit I spent over $100 for the (not friendly) guy to come out, he fixed nothing and did not address all issues presented.

I needed to change the kitchen Facet, and my Home Insurance send Mr. Zolten Laszlos, from Laszlo's Plumbing, to do the work.

This is an older house, and the kitchen faucet had been there for many year, so it was not an easy job, but Mr.Zolten did a fantastic job! After he was done, he cleaned the area where he worked, leaving it cleaner than it was before he started to work.

Mr. Zolten did an excellent job. I highly recommend him. I wish everyone would be as good, reliable, respectful, and knowledgeble as Mr. Zolten.

If you want to have somethig done right, the first time, call Mr. Zolten Laszlos, and you will be extremely pleased with his work!

These guys were the best! They came out to our house within the hour of the urgent phone call, on New Years Day to help us out! We had the start of a pipe break & leak in the hallway rest room and it went on from there. Abdiel and Jose took us through each step of what would need to be done and explained everything to us so we understood what was going on and showed us live camera pictures too . We enjoyed having them come to the house as they, and their crew, were all so very pleasant, down to earth and showed genuine care for us and our home. They were also very understanding and loved our overly zealous puppy! Their work was neat and orderly. And they cleaned up nicely after they were done.
