Best Emergency Service Available in Phoenix AZ

Called to have a kitchen sink installed. They could not give me a price over the phone. So, they want to charge me $39 to send some out to tell me how much they will charge me. I understand as a business owner you send some out to bid and don't get the job is frustrating, but gouging your customer before your even in the door is not a good business practice. If your prices are fair to begin with, you will earn the customers business.

Kept calling me. I've never done business with them, and the person on the phone tried to fight with me when I brought up that I hadn't called about their service. They'd called me 3 times by that point.

He was personable, timely, and most importantly, his technical expertise was clearly evident during his maintenance visit. He seems to love what he is doing and it shows through the high quality of his workmanship. In my opinion, he establishes a very high benchmark for the rest of Pruitt's field technicians in terms of performance excellence. Overall, a nice experience with a good company and a great employee.

It was an emergency and, although it being after 5 pm, Barney, from Rooter Ranger assisted us, even offering us a discount that they had available. Excellent service and their phone number is in our roaster for a future, that we are not looking for, but happy to have it on hand.

Very direct no hassle pricing and super fast installation. I got a split system with a two stage motor less expensive and more quickly than I was quoted for a single stage system. Mike Horsley had all the specs on my house prior to getting here and the team that came over the next day to install were super fast. I had 3 other estimates in the same day and Patrick Riley’s team got the win. I have been in the retail sector for 27 years and when quality people, have the availability to deliver quality products when needed, that is the definition of service to me.

Alex at Moon Valley to the rescue!!! The toilets at our rental home were backing up into the house. We made the mistake of calling a different company claiming 24/7 emergency repair. 5 days later all they had done was dig a big hole and abandon the job. I called Moon Valley who sent out Alex. He told me he could do the job the next day. As promised, he showed up like the cavalry first thing in the morning, and with superior equipment, manpower and professionalism went straight to the problem and had it all repaired in hours!!! Words cannot capture what a big deal Alex and the whole crew at Moon Valley were for us. Absolute 5 star experience the best way to say it is they have my plumbing business from now on!!!!!

Don't let these people service your AC unit!! They do not have your best interest at heart. They told me my unit was out of warranty and that I had a leak. Both not true! All I needed was a recharge. They tried to convince me that I would need a new unit (mine is only 7 years old and surprise, it is still under warranty). Additionally, there is no leak. I had another company look at the unit and they were the ones who gave me the warranty information. The other company also came back weeks later to verify there was no leak in the coil system. Donley has lost my business and I'm telling all my friends and family what horrible service I got with their company. If I had listened to Donley, I would have been out $6 or $7K spent on a new unit when it's simply not time for that.

Chris did a great job cleaning out our French drain. He is easy to get in contact with. He actually picked up his phone each time we called. He is reliable. We will definitely use him again

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

I am maintenance technician with an apartment complex in Peoria. I can tell you that they do not respond after hours and their emergency service that’s supposedly 24/7 does not exist. I have had sewer backups and piping issues go unanswered for days forcing us to call out a different, less preferred vendor. When work finally does get done it suspect at best. From one professional giving comment about another business, I would recommend you use someone else.
