We used Custom plumbing of Arizona to upgrade our plumbing in our bathrooms. They were awesome and provided excellent results. Johnny and his assistants were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to leave everything clean when they left. Johnny made suggestions for our bathroom remodel that I hadn't thought of and I used! We would highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

Stephen is extremely knowledgeable, professional and has great pride in his work. When he completes a project he goes back checking his work. Thus insuring the job was done correctly the first time. I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone or calling if I needed his services again.

Very fast service. I called on Friday night and they were there early Saturday afternoon. Cody put in a new water heater for us. He was fast, courteous and did a good clean install. Will definitely use them again.

They arrived promptly and quickly on a Sunday morning call out on a holiday weekend. The technician was professional and friendly. The technician started work immediately and solved our problems within a few minutes. I will not hesitate to use their services again if needed.

I called Edward's in the morning after being told by another company they would evaluate the problem with my hot water tank but if it needed to be replaced that would have to be scheduled the next day. That was unsatisfactory. As I care for an elderly individual with special needs I needed hot water.
Within an hour of requesting service and being informed the water heater would be replaced the same day, I received a call from Trevor. He said he was 5 min away if he could come by. Talk about good timely service!!
Trevor came, gave me a price for the job and upon my approval went to work. He was very polite, job was finished very timely and cleanup was great.

My wife called Pavel and he came over right away. He told her what was wrong and the price to fix it. I called my home warranty and it wasn’t covered so he was able to start right away. I was happy he came out so fast the day after Christmas to stop the leaking water.

On 6/29/18 our water heater failed and we called Waters Heaters Only at 6:00 AM and Trevor E. was sent out to replace our water heater and he showed up by 10 AM on the same day. Quick service if you ask me. Excellent installation! The cost seemed reasonable but we did not call for any additional quotes. Thanks!

I had water coming through my landing light, which I discovered was the result of a leak in my loft water tank, so I called James late at night for help. He walked me through what he thought it was (I provided pictures, which he reviewed) and told me what I needed to do to end the evening. The next afternoon, he came around and fixed the problem (pressure issue) while explaining everything to me. I appreciated his promptness and clarity in explaining everything. These guys are AMAZING! I just called Moon Valley Plumbing today because my hot water heater literally exploded. I had no idea what to do and my entire balcony was being flooded with water.

The lady who took my call (Pam) was so helpful and nice and got someone out to me in literally a few minutes.

Kenny, the technician, was so knowledgeable and helpful. He explained my options and gave me really good advice on what I needed to do and even a referral for someone to come dry out the room so I didn't have to deal with mold. He didn't try to gouge or up-sell me on anything and went out and bought spare parts that I needed for me because I wasn't sure of what to get.

Adam worked hard on this project and cleaned up the front yard very well.A good job was done on replacing my pipes.The only thing that was a challenge for me is it took 10 weeks for the final inspection.But everything turned out okay
