Nu Flow lined and repaired my main pipes. All technicians were in house, no outside contractors. They were all knowledgeable, courteous and diligent. They explained what they were going to do and did it. My pipes are like new. The support staff were all courteous, and to the point. I couldn't be happier. Nu Flow did an excellent job.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

We had been out of town. When we returned our ac unit was not working. It was 97 degrees in the house. I called your office expecting a couple of days wait for service but instead I was told that you would come out today! I was told it be between 1 and 5pm. Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.
