Best Drain Cleaning in Philadelphia PA

I called them yesterday for an issue with my A/C. They happened to have an opening the following day and stopped by. John was quick, yet he took the time to explain everything to me. The costs were fair. If I have any issues with the HVAC in the future, I will use this company.

Nick was awesome! Replaced my water supply lines that were leaking. Quality work! Arrived earlier than the scheduled time and was able to get everything done! Called me 30 minutes prior to arrival time! Great job overall!

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

East Falls plumbing installed a new furnace. The price was great and they came back to check its operation a few times.

I had my water heater die after a good 14 year run, I called City Plumbing and they were able to get a crew onsite to swap out the old water heater with a new water heater in the same day. The guys who showed up were very professional, courteous and they cleaned up the work area when the job was complete. I would highly recommend going with this company for any plumbing needs.

Saved Thanksgiving when I had a backup Wednesday night.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Tom came out on time and was very professional. He took the time to ask me questions about our issue (flooded basement if yard drain isn’t cleaned), walk me through the proposed solution and showed me the state of our sewer lateral. There was barely any flow trickling out of the line and it was very gunked up. He jetted our sewer from the sidewalk access and from our yard drain and showed me the results after cleaning. Tom ran the hose in our yard drain and flushed the toilets so I could see the results. We had good flow and you could see that there wasn’t any gunk in our line. He even made sure to check that there wasn’t any water coming through the basement walls where we’ve seen water come through in a storm when the yard drain isn’t cleared.

I am very appreciated with all guidance, understanding, and support I have received from Roto-Rooter’s staff ( Mohammad, Christ, and Dennis) who came to my house when I was so worried about my home situation.I must highlight that its a great a pleasure to be guided by Mr. Dennis Geraghty. I must say that Dennis is very knowledgable in insurance guidance and water clean ups. I felt so comfortable working with him. He gave me so much guidance when he came to my house and I was feeling very stressed and worried and he helped me to trust the company and put my house on your (Roto-Rooter)’s hands. He has the ability to have empathy and develop trust with customers. He is very smart and good when working with customers and it’s very good on what he does. I am so thankfully my brother recommended the roger Ross plumbing team. My water heater broke this morning and they were incredibly responsive, professional and abided by COVID protocols. My daughters were home and they were concerned when they heard my baby crying because of the noise. They constantly updated me on their progressive. They are now programmed into my phone for any plumbing needs in the future!

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

I called with an emergency on a Saturday night. Brian answered the phone immediately and talked me through the whole thing, he stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes talking me through step by step what to do, didn't even try to get money out of me or ask to come out. Very good businessman, and good person! Thank you so much for your help! You saved my bathroom from flooding!

More like worst choice. This company has terrible admin practices. The women that answer the phone are always rude and misinformed. This company did not adequately service my unit, or find the problem. I’m out almost $700 and still have a broke unit, and no solutions. Their operations manager just told me that they don’t have the tools needed to service my unit because “it’s too expensive.” Save yourself the hassle and find another contractor.UPDATE! The reply below is inaccurate. Emily was not the office manager I spoke with. My unit is not old, installed in 2014. this company doesn’t have the resources, expertise or organization to fix the problem, and would rather take your money and walk away than honestly communicate their capacity.Another update; Finally, had another contractor come out and look at my unit. He found the leak visually in 5 minutes in the inside coil. Worst choice never even went in the basement to check the inside coil, and unfortunately I didn't know to ask. SAVE YOUR MONEY and choose another vendor.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.
