City plumbing saved the day.Alex, who is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly came to the rescue today to fix a clogged main sewer line at our home in South Kensington. The whole house was backed up starting on Christmas Eve. I tried calling around to several plumbing services in the city who would schedule me but never show up. Two days went by before I finally was put in contact with City Plumbing. I called as an emergency problem with our toilet for work. They said they could come out in a 2 hour window. This was awesome since I called another place and they told me 10-12 days on a wait list. We obviously can't wait that long with 30 employees. Joe came out with his helper and they were so professional and Joe was so knowledgeable. They figured out the problem and got us up and running in no time. We do need a new toilet but for now we are good to go. He gave us his card and said to call him personally with any issues. I would definitely call this company again and hopefully I can request Joe.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.
