JJ and Miri were wonderful and very professional/trustworthy. We called at 6:30pm on Christmas Eve and they arrived within the hour. They inspected my apartment breaker panel and the panels in the basement and quickly and efficiently troubleshooted and solved the problem. They were very sympathetic to the fact that it is 15 degrees outside/our heating is electric. We’re extremely grateful to them for getting our power back on and our heat working. GE electrical is one of the best electrical company out there. Workmanship is absolutely there, Edmond is very friendly and professional about the job. GE was very responsive and did the job the way I wanted. I have GE so many times and they never disappoint me. Definitely recommend GE electrical to everyone out there.

We love Gen3. We use them for all of our electrical needs. Take our recent experience with them for example. We had a huge project completed and within a couple days we had reason to be concerned about the electrical work that was part of the project. So we called Gen3 out. They came the next day, and our technician, Manny, dove right in. He didn't rush it. Instead, he spent HOURS digging into the issue and was able to show us what was going on. He even separated it into two camps: a problem but not dangerous (should fix, but won't burn the house down) and dangerous (need to fix ASAP). It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for with them and I mean that as a compliment. It is incredibly worth it. We decided going forward that instead of spending the money twice and having Gen3 come out to clean up the mess, we won't allow anyone to touch the electrical system other than Gen3. That's how much we trust them.

We recently used iTech to bring in the right amount of electricity into the house and to redo the outdoor wires into our basement to meet code requirements. They were very professional and honest and kind. We will absolutely use them for any future work, and I highly recommend them.

The technician arrived on time and checked all outlets in the room where I had the issue, checked the wire box and solved the matter quickly. Seems as though I had need for a change in my box and the label was incorrectly--which also explained why other outlets were not working in another area of the house. The cost was more than reasonable and I will recommend the company to others easily.

Jon gave us an honest opinion and fair estimate. He explained every step of the process. Jon and his partner were very thorough, prompt, and professional. They also plaster any openings left by their work. We had 2 outlets installed, one outlet moved, under cabinet lights installed and ceiling fan also. Pricing was reasonable and I feel safe knowing the job was completed by professionals who are conscientious! Plus they cleanup and take trash with them.

I called yesterday, late on a Saturday afternoon, believing that I needed emergency service. Arthur answered the phone and I explained what was going on. He suggested that I call the local power company first and it turned out the issue was with them. It was a huge relief to be walked through the problem to the solution!! Especially a free solution!! To me this demonstrated a true professionalism and integrity. I’ve heard often enough people complain about the ‘high cost’ of hiring an electrician but Arthur’s assistance was priceless.
