My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. Tony was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and prompt. I left a message. He responded quickly and within 25 mins was at my door.I was amazed! I had called some others(4) on some previous issues. Three of which said they were coming.....NEVER SHOWED. And, one who could only schedule me for a later date on a RIGHT NOW issue.Tony evaluated the issue. Explained what needed to be done. Completed the task. And, cleaned up behind himself.I will definitely recommend and use this service again.

Billy and his team at Aqua were great. They handled a problem I came across needing plumbing rerouted in my bathroom for a new vanity and identified other issues that I didn’t even know about and corrected everything so quickly and left me with clean looking new pipes I will never have to worry about. I find Billy to be honest when he describes what he anticipates will be an issue and even when he gives me a heads up about things for the future that aren’t necessarily an emergency. I have used them before for major and minor work and will use again!

The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had. The company's technician were very professional and polite. They came in and did a great job as well making sure everything worked and was leak free. They even helped me set up my new thermostat as well.

Rich was super responsive. Made the time to come on a weekend on a short notice. Took his time to do the job well, and test properly and also fixed a couple of other issues he notices. And reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended.

I was waiting for the guy that does AC and Heating unit to come back off vacation. The secretary did not know when he was coming back, she told me, she was going to call him and call me back, that was two week ago,in the meantime R&R Mechanical Service came in and did excellent job

Derrick was most responsive to my mother’s broken water heater. He was professional, efficient, did a great job and responded right away to questions after the work was done. Definitely recommend him.

We had Bob out to snake our drain in our home. Upon pulling pounds of tree roots out of the drain, he had informed us that we would need to have our line to the sewer replaced as it was infiltrated with roots. They got the necessary permits from the city, And came out at the time they said they would. We would absolutely recommend them, and will be using them for our plumbing needs in the future.Thanks, Bob!
