Goodman Plumbing is excellent. We originally called them to vet a potential water heater leak before leaving on vacation (wasn't leaking thankfully). We contracted them again to remove and replace our old waterheater with a new efficiency model.Their pricing is really reasonable for the quality of work, and they're up front if there are any surprises that change the quote. In my case, we had to run additional piping to install a new drain, which added a bit to the total.The work they did was excellent. Everything was super clean and you wouldn't have known everything wasn't already piped the way it was. Would hire again.Oh and they can schedule you really quickly. For the emergency water leak check, they came the morning after we called. For the water heater install, we were able to schedule under a week from requesting.

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

Bill with East Falls Plumbing and Heating was incredibly honest and helpful! I cannot thank him enough. I had a mysterious leak in the basement of my new home. I did my due diligence by calling several plumbers to try to find the source of the problem and get quotes to fix it. Some competitors had me hire a drain specialist and they convinced me I needed to tear up the basement and into the concreate outside to replace both sewer and storm lines.However, Bill was able to find the actual source of the leak which was that the pump for the air conditioner had been knocked out of place, and therefore causing the mysterious leak. Bill popped the pump back into place and told me to keep an eye on it, and if it dries up, that was the source of the leak. Sure enough, a couple days later it completely dried.Bill saved me from this stressful situation, not to mention thousands of dollars with his knowledge and honesty. Since he was just there to give me a quote on the project, he didn’t charge me. Do your homework and trust Bill at East Falls Plumbing and Heating!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

The plumbers Tim and Sam were punctual, professional, efficient, courteous, very effective and wasted no time at all diagnosing and resolving the drain issue. They were true to their business name..Economy as well. My plumber recently retired so I was in the market for a new one and I feel I just found one. They even were mindful of my carpet and asked to leave from the back! I'd recommend them to anyone if all their employees were like them.

The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

B Frusco Plumbing performed the water supply backflow inspection for our small condo building. The office staff is friendly and professional, and they collect all necessary details to give an accurate quote for the work. The price for the service was competitive. The plumber who came to our building was also efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with. After this experience, we will call this company first for plumbing work.

I called Veterns Plumbing on a Tuesday evening after 7 when I couldn’t re-light my hot water heater pilot. I left a phone message and Chris called me back within 15 minutes. He spent an hour on the phone with me, walking me through possible solutions to my pilot problem. He gave me honest suggestions along with price points for my hot water heater repair. When I asked him to proceed with the repair plan we discussed and to send me an invoice for our time on the phone he stated that he helps people on the phone all the time and that there was no fee. I was truly shocked! A professional human being who gives you his time as a courtesy?!?!
