The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. So, Boss Plumbing hasn’t actually come out to my house, but I did work with Warren (on a Saturday!) to have them come out for flooding in my basement from the water line. I had an appointment with a different large company on Sunday morning that I was able to cancel if I found someone on Saturday.I preferred a smaller, family-owned business and found glowing reviews on both Google and Yelp for Warren and Boss Plumbing. I called and he was able to get some of his plumbers to come out within a couple of hours, which was very impressive. However, before they arrived, a field assessor from the large company I had an appt with on Sunday spontaneously showed up before Warren’s staff arrived, and just kind of took over the situation, in a way that I probably needed as a new home owner. I had to cancel on Warren, which I feel terrible about (I was also having some technical difficulties with the invoice for Boss).However, if I am unfortunate enough to need an emergency plumber again (or for plumbing in general) I will definitely call Boss Plumbing, and I highly recommend Warren for his responsiveness, especially on a Saturday, and at a time when it seemed like there were plumbing emergencies all over the city to deal with.

Bill replaced a boiler with his crew in one day. The job was neat and professional. Bill stays in touch throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Tony is great! He came out and found and fixed the leak from the toilet quickly. I called him a second time when my pipes froze on the coldest day this year. He gave great advice and came out to look and see how he could help. I plan to call him first for all my plumbing needs! I highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

We had a leak from our second floor shower down to the first floor. Anthony and Tim found the leak and fixed it. Very thorough work, they cleaned up everything, and were pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Thea was on time and professional. The problem I thought I had with the pipe in my basement was not the issue. He figured out why water was coming from my basement pipe in no time and he showed why water was coming from there. I give Thea 5 stars because his professionalism and he was reasonable. Two employees from Turners Bros. Plumbing arrived at 0900 (as scheduled) and were on-site until the job was completed at 0940. The ballpark price quoted for the job over the phone - the removal of an old garbage disposal and installation of a new garbage disposal, and the installation of a exterior hose bib - was 125$ for the visit plus labor and it was suggested at that time by the Turner Bros. representative that the total cost for the job would likely be about $200.After the actual job was completed I was told by the one employee, Mike, that the realized price for the job was $375. When I questioned this and mentioned the quoted price, noting how drastically far apart the realized price was from the quoted price, the employee simply said that he was only the messenger. When I told him I did not have any checks and would need to get more cash in order to pay I also asked at that time for an itemized bill, indicating that I would not submit payment without some sort of a bill and guarantee that my payment as cash was properly received.He told me that he could come back for the cash and that he would have his office send me a bill within the hour, taking down my email address for the invoice to be sent to. About 45 minutes later I attempted to call the main office for Turner Bros. multiple times, unable to reach anyone. I wanted to verify the price and that an invoice was being sent over.Eventually I was able to speak with the employee whom had completed the job (Mike) and he told me that he spoke with his boss and was able to get the price reduced to 250$. While I told him this would likely be 'ok' I also told him I still wanted to speak directly with his boss at which time he conferenced me in with his boss, Michael Turner. I explained the situation to Michael and he told me that typically they charge $125 as a base visit fee plus $190/hour per worker and that two workers are always sent on a job. This was information not told to us when we originally scheduled the appointment - we were only told the charge would be $125 for the visit 'plus labor’. Michael Turner noted that his other employee Brian 'must have quoted us a different price and the problem is Brian isn't around today’.I questioned why the quote given to us over the telephone wasn't memorialized and how could such drastically different quotes be given by his employees. After further conversation of a similar nature, Michael agreed to settle on the originally quoted price of $200. His employee Mike returned to the house and collected $200 cash as payment in full for the work completed after I was e-mailed an updated copy of the new invoice. The new invoice did not itemize time, labor or standard costs, and did not even include my full first name, but simply stated “Installed homeowners garbage disposal” (we had purchased ahead of time) and “Installed homeowners hose drought” (which we had also purchased ahead of time) with a total of “$200” listed to the right.A response was sent to Michael Turner via the pay2go website from which the invoice was sent indicating the invoice had been paid in full in cash. At the end of our phone conversationMichael informed me that “if we charged these prices there we would be out of business.” As a local business owner myself, I know that if I had a member of my sales staff who was unaware of our base rates and was also radically misquoting customers, I could imagine that our business might not be around for much longer, either.While the workers were amiable and quick to the job, I do not recommend Turner Bros. Plumbing.

Had 2 toilets installed today and the guys were great! They are very neat! Vacuumed up all the debris! Very friendly! Would definitely recommend them!

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Joe installed our new shower faucet and valve. He did a wonderful job! Will call him back for future plumbing needs.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

We needed a water line for ice maker replaced. Shutoff valves need to be replaced. Because water will need to be turned off in the building we had to reschedule. Service person was great in explaining what had to be done and giving us an estimate. He was courteous and professional and we would have them come back anytime. We were so pleased with the company they are now my go to plumbers. I highly recommend them.
