Best Water Heater Service And Replacement in Philadelphia PA

Called 4 weeks ago and then again 2 weeks ago and I was told to expect a call and never received one.. totally unresponsive

I am writing this review for my mother, Jane Bradin. She just had Zac and Brand in her home to replace a sewer line. She was very happy with them and their work. They were polite, on time, very professional. When the drain from her tub fell out while they were fixing the sewer line, they gave her the option to just re install the old one or replace with a new one. They replaced it for her even though it would add time to an already long day. They cleaned everything up after themselves. She would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. This was my first experience with John and I added him to my contacts without hesitation for future business. I strongly encourage you to do the same. Thanks again, John! ?

Boss Plumbing came out to repair 2 sink leaks. They did so in a timely manner. No complaints from the residents except the guys could've been more clean. The job was reasonably priced with a warranty on the work. What I like most about the company is their commitment to getting better by being open to client feedback. I plan to use them again in the future.

East Falls Plumbing & Heating is a a pleasure to deal with. The owner is responsive, fair and honest. The team he sent to my home was respectful of my disability and performed all tasks with excellence. I was completely comfortable having them in my home. I plan on using East Falls whenever issues arise in the future.

The reps who came to inspect a leak were there very briefly, not thorough and promised they would look into getting approved for a more thorough inspection to figure out the problem. Unfortunately, after they left, they wrapped up the claim by reporting there was no issue found, even though the problem was never fixed. Disappointed.

My nearly 20 year old water heater quit on a Saturday. From the looks of things it was worse than needing a fix. Billy came out to give me an estimate the same day I called. He was fair and beat my other quotes. We were able to quickly get on the schedule for repair to our pipes on the curb. Trevor and Jim came to do the repair. They were very professional and really nice - easily the best contractors I have worked with and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for help with piping issues.

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. Great service! We called Bill Frusco plumbing, our water heater was leaking everywhere. Bill sent two technicians to our home within the hour they removed the old water heater and took it away and installed a beautiful Bradford White water heater. The technicians were polite and curious both Liam and Jim were amazing I highly recommend

Did a great job replacing my leaking main shut off compression valve, to a brand new ball valve. At an affordable price as well!

After just purchasing a newly renovated home, I had a terrible leak and wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Splash technicians came out right away to temporarily stop the leak. The full job was completed the following day and I haven’t had an issues since. The guys they sent out were friendly and explained everything in detail to me. I never felt pressured and learned a lot about my house.

Best work on steam boiler systems. We have struggled to find a quality servicer, highly recommend.
