Best Tub And Shower in Philadelphia PA

Scam artists. I called about clogs in my bathtub and my sink. They did a visual inspection, used their fingers to pull a couple hairs out of my bathtub drain, and then tried to charge me $180. I called the service office and they lowered the charge to $125 but it was still a complete scam. They refused to snake the drain or do anything else. I pull the hair out of the drain myself every time I take a shower. My fiancé showed them a reverse osmosis machine that he wanted to install in the kitchen sink and they said they have no idea who to install pipes. Umm aren’t you supposed to be plumbers??

Fast and easy and responsive

These guys are top notch. I’ve had them come out to run new pipes for a sink, leak detection coming from the ceiling of my dining room, toilet flange repair and now faucet installation. Every time they are professional, precise and on time. Their pricing has been very reasonable considering the price of everything right now. And they are always clean and respectful of my home. Used them once and won’t go anywhere else ?

Tony came out to fix a leaky sink faucet and a running toilet at my house a couple of weeks ago. We confirmed the appointment the night before and he arrived RIGHT at the time that he told me. He was very courteous and professional, allowing me to watch as he worked and explained, in detail, what the problems were and what he was going to do to fix them. Even when fixing the sink became more apparently difficult than he originally thought, Tony persisted and did not leave until the leak was fixed and running properly. The sink ran with even better water pressure (and no leak!) after he was done fixing it. He fixed the toilet quickly as well and worked with me to make sure that both were working properly. His pricing is fair, and he is a great overall local plumber to work with who does a top-notch job, taking pride in his work. I will definitely be hiring him again for any future plumbing issues and would recommend him to anyone in the area.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. These guys were so great! Super communication, really quick to respond and not a rip off. Our new house was flooding with the recent storms. We thought it was a sewer issue, but it turned out to be a construction cover up we would’ve never been able to guess. So glad we got them to look at it. The receptionist, Stephanie was knowledgeable and calming and very clear about pricing and expectations. She scheduled us for a time with two plumbing specialists and they arrived promptly. They were familiar with the job needs when they came onsite and adapted to minor nuances as necessary. Dan & Mark were both courteous and respectful. Mark worked efficiently and silently and went above and beyond with our expectations. If we weren’t moving from the area, we’d keep them in our phone book for each and every call, big or small!

My experience with Zoom Drain was superb. Bradley was very professional and explained every scenario of what maybe causing my plumbing issue. He went through the flat cost and started with the less minor option. I like that there's no hidden cost. I had a sewage overflow in the basement. Cracked pipe as well. The cast iron pipe ??‍♀️. Fix it in a timely manner. Even mopped the floors when they were done !

The subcontractor they used cheated us. I think Mt. Airy plumbing themselves may be great however whom they use for subcontracting are not trust worthy at all.

My garbage disposal needed to be fixed so I called Fishtown Plumbing & HVAC, they came to my rescue. Professional work done in no time and at a good value! I know who to call next time.

The installation was done professionally, but seemed to take longer than it should have.
We had some difficulty making payment and the company was very patient with us.

McClain Bros. plumbing replaced 2 leaking pipes in my basement. 3 months later, one of the pipes is leaking and they won't return my calls. Do not use the McClain brothers!
