Best System Maintenance in Philadelphia PA

I was very happy with the job Warren and DJ did to install our little cold water faucet. The faucet was a little out of the ordinary, but they figured out what needed to be done and were done relatively quickly. This was after another plumber came out and said that they would need to do extra work with extra parts in order to install it, and gave us an much larger estimate.Warren let DJ do the work, but he was patient and guided him through the process.I had reached out previously to Warren with another tiny project and he honestly told me that it was simple enough to do on my own, saving me hundreds of $.Happy to know there is a plumber out there that you can trust!

I had a leaking pipe in my basement caused by street construction being done outside my home. I was referred to Bill by a contractor who I trust. Bill was immediately available to discuss my issue and offer solutions. He was honest about timing and pricing (FAIR pricing!!). He was punctual, professional, and thorough. His guys were professional and courteous as well. I’m very satisfied with the job they did! Pipe was fixed a few days after contacting him. Sidewalk was a repaired very professionally! A few weeks later I had a problem with my heater, and as Bill was booked, he was able to refer me to another company who could help immediately. He’s a kind and fair expert! Definitely recommend!

Alan and his companion (sorry I didn’t catch your name) were great! They took their time looking for the source of the problem and double checked each suspected issue. We really appreciated their professionalism and thoroughness, which ultimately saved us from a much more expensive fix. We will definitely use Economy again in the future.

Fast service but sewer clean up was more than double their estimated price without any reason. Itemized bill to insurance contained all of these items that weren’t present at the time of clean up (supervisor who was not present, personal protective equipment that was not worn, after hours charges that we were not told about, the list goes on).They estimated $9k to replace our problem sewer line, then told us it would be $14k once we got the insurance check in the mail. Mohammed said he’d be back in two days to verify the price and he never showed up again. Yes, we luckily have insurance, but their overcharge raised our premium.Our neighbors had similar problems, so I’d highly advise you avoid them at all costs. Can’t believe such a well known company is such a scam! Still haven’t found another provider but won’t be using roto rooter.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

I just want to Thank The Plumbers from this company that came right out to my house and fixed my kitchen sink that was clogged. This was the only place that came right out and helped me. From the phone call and the very Nice Professional Woman that answered and got someone to come right over I am Soo thankful. They were Soo Awesome and I will be recommending this place to everyone! They made my Day. And it was a good price too! So everything about this place was Perfect. Thank You Aqua Plumbing! Yous are the Best!!!

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. Andrew from Frusco Plumbing did a great job taking care of the leak in my tub. He was on time, took care of the issue quickly and told me exactly what the problem was. I’ve always had great service from Frusco Plumbing. When my water heater had to be replaced last year, the plumber took down the door & frame to get the water heater in the closet. Then he put the door & frame back together better than it was. When I need another plumber, I will be sure to call Frusco Plumbing.

I just had a huge plumbing Issue with my sewer pipes from the inside my house to outside where the curb ends. I know it would be a big job but Buzz Duzz came with many crew members and got the job done in 1 day. They even mopped the hallway from there foot tracks. I am so very grateful of the work they did and how fast they did it! Thank you Buzz Duzz

Amazing service — came out within 24 hours and fixed an ongoing issue with a complex drain clog at a great price. Dan was super knowledgeable and professional. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour. Highly recommend.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.
