They provided excellent quality service at a reasonable price. We called them for an estimate and they arrived promptly. When we needed to schedule the work they were available for scheduling even on Saturday. We have had difficulty with other electricians and contractors who never even return our phone calls. For instance it took me 3 weeks to even get a response from one electrician and it was too expensive, These people on the other hand were very quick to arrive and quick to do the work. Best of all the price was less than half the estimate which was provided by the other electrician, We even asked them for an opinion of a electrical light which was flickering when we turned on the vacuum. They replied honestly that it was normal. Other electricians wanting work would probably say that something needed to be done. But not these people. My father felt that the repair person was an honest man, more honest than the others,

The electricians replaced the worn plug on an appliance at no charge during the outlet and switch replacement, and they were very efficient, knowledgeable, and timely in their work. I highly recommend them!

I unexpectedly had a breaker issue this morning and called GEN3 Electric. Their dispatch center was friendly and easily documented what was going on and said that they would be able to get an electrician out to us this morning. Roughly 1 hr later, John arrived, wearing facemask, booties to cover his boots, and had disinfected all his equipment. He explained that he needed to diagnose the issue and was able to quickly determine the root-cause. Within 1 hour he had diagnosed and fixed the issue. Additionally, he told me how to properly care for the breaker box and outlets to maximize their useful life. GEN3's attention to customer service is not matched. Highly recommend GEN3 and John.

Terry, Edison and Ardi did a terrific job! We had them install recessed lighting, regular light fixture, rewiring, etc and could not be happier with the final turnout. Their professionalism and workmanship were the best I have seen in the past five years. We feel very lucky to pick their team!

I've used Gen3 electric for all our electrical issues and have allway been amazed with the Techs professionalism, work quality and responsiveness. Today Jordan K, came over to look at an issue we had with our bathroom light and was extremely polite, explained all of the issues in way that made sense, and provided us with options based on our budget. I hired this company to install a few new outlets throughout my grandmother's house and when the guy was done he helped put up her Christmas lights just to be a gentleman to an elder woman such great customer service. I will recommend this company to anyone

Amazing and efficient work. I am not one to normally write reviews, but I really appreciate their work and professionalism. I've used them for a number of projects at my house, including installing outdoor lights, replacing fixtures, repairing a broken ceiling fan, and installing lights throughout my basement (being converted to gym/bathroom space). I've had some bad experiences with other contractors, but John was great to work with. He is professional and efficient. I've come to trust his advice on electrical work and just wish he could do all of my home projects/repairs. He did give me a good referral from someone that does tile work, so that was an added plus.
