I had a problem with my toilet forever and previously had called a company who said they’d fix it but the same thing happened again month later. The people working at this company care so much and came RIGHT AWAY to fix the problem. I had a guy named Shane I think and he was so professional and fast, plus took great care to clean the area he was working when he finished. Not “Good” - man, more like GREAT-man!

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

City plumbing saved the day.Alex, who is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly came to the rescue today to fix a clogged main sewer line at our home in South Kensington. The whole house was backed up starting on Christmas Eve. I tried calling around to several plumbing services in the city who would schedule me but never show up. Two days went by before I finally was put in contact with City Plumbing. In an hour, they showed up and within 30 minutes, they fixed the problem for an affordable cost.We are so grateful of them, Alex, and their services.THANK YOU

They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

They had me write them emails and then called me to say we wish you wouldn't leave a not-good review. Well, I wish you didn't charge $500/drain then tell me that's just the way it is. PLEASE-AVOID THIS COMPANY. Learn from my mistakesThe guy was nice and came on time… but how on earth is the industry standard $500 per drain? My upstairs sink and tub were draining slowly. That costs a thousand to repair? They throw in some bells and whistles for discounts but $880 is robbery. I want an investigative journalist to uncover how many Ferraris the owner of Roto router has in his garage. Will not use them again

These guys were so great! Super communication, really quick to respond and not a rip off. Our new house was flooding with the recent storms. We thought it was a sewer issue, but it turned out to be a construction cover up we would’ve never been able to guess. So glad we got them to look at it. Their price was fair and they took care of the entire issue within a matter of hours. Thanks so much to the team.

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. Tuan, Kit and their team were fantastic. I had them come out to my house to redo most of my drainage system and install all new water lines throughout my house. They were quick to come out and give us an estimate, took the time to understand our needs and were fast to get back out and do the work! The team was very professional and communicative, and the job was done fast. They were very affordable and I'm extremely happy with the quality of their work. My only regret is not calling them sooner - they will surely be my first call with any plumbing issues in the future!I'll also mention that Drains R Us took the time to check temperatures and wear face masks at all stages of the project to ensure everyone's saftey during the pandemic. More proof that they go the extra mile!

Hi , i am leaving this company a 5 STAR review ! I contacted this company off of google because my basement bathroom backup up from a sewer clog . There was sewage and waste everywhere flooding into the living area . Quentin and his colleges cleaned and disinfected everything fast . Their equipment was nice , and didn’t take very long. The rate was reasonable and everyone was professional . I have a few properties I will use this company for !!!!!!! GREAT WORK

Not only did Kelly resolve my issue with a problematic saniflo toilet that 3 other plumbers told me they couldn’t/wouldn’t fix—she gave me valuable information about my house, how to maintain the toilet, and how to help prevent the issues from happening again. We’ve had other plumbers out to fix this toilet in the past. None ever helped me out with that info. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough.
