I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. East Falls Plumbing and Heating replaced our old lead water line coming in from the street. They were very neat and professional and we would definitely recommend and use them again!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Okay....6 stars (shout out to Tommy!). I called at 9am, they picked up on the first ring, gave a more than fair price, and Tommy was at my house in 15 minutes. Fixed it and offered a recommendation to prevent it from happening in the future. Affordable, fast, and easy. Great job Economy, I'll be sure to save your number :)

Plumber was professional, courteous and considerate. Work was done well and at a reasonable rate. Will be using Roto-Rooter for any future plumbing needs.

Turner brothers were very nice and helpful to all my questions and concerns, they put a new heating system in my house and were very professional. Mike and Jeff were clean and neat after the unit was installed I would not go with any other company.

Had them come out to unclog drain and inspect plumbing issues. They were the only place that correctly diagnosed my plumbing issues during first interaction. Will definitely use them in the future.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

The subcontractor they used cheated us. I think Mt. Airy plumbing themselves may be great however whom they use for subcontracting are not trust worthy at all.

I had an issue with my thermostat. It not longer was working correctly. I bought a new thermostat but was having issues hooking it up. I called Edward Hughes & Sons for assistance. They were real nice over the phone. I was able to get an appointment quick. The problem was quickly discovered. There was a wire that was no longer good that connects to the thermostat. They were able to replace the wire and connect the thermostat. They even showed me how to use it and set a weekly schedule. I also had them do a maintenance service to my unit to make sure everything was up-to-date and ok. They changed my filter and gave me some pointers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great experience and reasonable prices.
