I needed to replace my Heating and HVAC as the vents seemed clogged and had an odor when I turned them on each season. Stan came out and took his time explaining the procedure and the necessary repairs needed in terminology that I could understand. On the scheduled date Borys and James impressively arrived on time and immediately began work. During the job they came across a truly horrific obstacle in which they were very professional in removing. They made me feel very comfortable and confident in this decision I made to have this work done. Not only were they very professional, they cleaned up after themselves and left the area better than they found it. I am very pleased with their services. They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. SAVED ME HUNDREDS!! Had a shut off valve in my basement start to leak pretty steadily on a Sunday afternoon, called Warren to see if he could come out and fix it. After explaining my problem, he had me FaceTime him so he could see what was up. He told me how to fix the problem which basically came down to tightening down one nut on the valve, boom. Problem solved. Sent him some cash via Venmo as a thank you, wanted to come and leave him a great review. Thank you for your help, I will call you again if I ever have another plumbing issue!!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Recently, as the weather turned colder, I thought I was turning on the heater, but nothing happened. My house felt like a barn. I called Aqua Plumbing & Heating and the next day Billy arrived and fixed the problem and took the time to bleed the radiators. I truly appreciate the quick, efficient service. This is my second time using Reliable Plumbing. The first time they installed two vanities, repair my outdoor faucets, utlity tub faucet in the basement and replaced my kitchen sink faucet. All were installed perfectly. The plumber was neat and did the jobs in a reasonable amount of time. Today my shower knob came off in my hand while in the shower. Water shot out like a cannon. I turned off the valve and immediately called Reliable Plumbing. I was setup for an appointment and the plumber (Mark) contacted me within an hour. He came to my home acessed what needed to be done then left and returned with materials and installed it in a timely manner. Mark was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. I'm very satisfied and I will comtinue to use Reliable Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future and recommend them to my family , friends and neighbors.

After a horrible experience with another plumber, I called Fred Jonas & Son, and Ian was very responsive to the somewhat urgent matter, and resolved the issues left by the last plumber. I have 100% in their work and will surely call upon them again.
