Best Sewer Drains in Philadelphia PA

I can not recommend Goodman enough. Had an issue with my water heater at 9pm in the evening and a representative was there to pick up the phone and schedule my appt for the next day between 8am-12pm. Sean D and Zac showed up better than promptly… arrived before 8! There were issues with sizing and valves/piping with the new unit. Sean walked thru it all and explained what needed to be done and did it. It was not the easiest job but they handled it above expectations. Cost was reasonable as well. I will def be using them again if needed. Hopefully they are all as good as Sean and Zac! You have a plumbing issue? Use Goodman!

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

Tony is knowledgeable, courteous & explained the process, potential outcomes, offering 2 options for one of the issues. He also provided a couple tips for avoiding future plumbing issues based on experience. Def recommend him. He’s in demand, so he may need a few days to get out to you.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. We had a heating problem and they came out to take a look at it. They were fast at troubleshooting and fixing the problems.

Contacted Drains R Us for a faucet leak. Tuan was responsive and suggested a complete replacement. He answered my questions and concerns and arrived on time the following day, following safety measures for COVID19 - like masking, taking temp. of himself and his assistant Amir, and of us, and removing shoes when they walked into the house.Even though I had to call them back for unresolved issues and they had to return multiple times to fix them, I appreciate the fact that they were quick to come over again when notified of problems and tried to diagnose the issues at hand.Thanks also to Kit and Joey for helping to troubleshoot. Also, they provide a 6-month warranty for installation work.

Did a great job replacing my leaking main shut off compression valve, to a brand new ball valve. At an affordable price as well!

Scheduled an appointment with this company for a Thursday between 10 AM -2 PM. At 9:30 (after I had already taken off work for the day) informing me that the technician had an emergency appointment that would take the whole day, and that my schedule appointment for that afternoon (I was scheduled for the morning) was going to need to be moved. I rescheduled for the following morning.The technician did arrive as scheduled on the following day. However they called ahead to say they could give me prices without looking at my pipes for the services. This seemed odd but I asked that they still come to look first. They arrived in the window and had me pour water down my drain. When it did not leak out they said that they could not diagnose the problem and suggested I talk to my plumber (I thought they were plumbers) about the problem. I asked if they could run a camera to see if there was an issue and was told this was a $450 charge.The upside is that I was not charged for the visit.

Derrick and his colleagues came with the customers in mind. He is very honest and get straight to the point. His recommendation and the cost are reasonable. I will definitely refer him for any plumbing needs.

Omg this company is the worst I wouldn't use them even if someone else was paying for the work my sewer pipe bust so I call the water company they hired this company to fix my pipe they had to go in the ground and under my step they told me they'l b back in three weeks to lay the cement back will it's was a over month when they came back I called them twice telling them my steps was leaning and my neighbor step was crack because they didn't put enough dirt under the step to whole the steps up I talk to mike the owner very unprofessional and rude I told him what was going on he like o will them step been cracking and we fix your pluming problem if you want us to fix the step it's going to cost more I told him I'm going to sue he told me ok very rude two days later they came laid the cement n left hole n the cement they work was horrible they mess up the city street with there machine they didn't clean up after themselves I won't use them if they was the last company on earth now I'm in the process of suing the water company cause that's who I made an agreement with cause of their careless mistakes if you use them take pictures please and don't use them if they have to go in the ground they don't know what they are doing
