My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. Keith and his team were very professional and provided quality service from beginning to end. My phenomenal experience began with Jae. She promptly returned my call and scheduled my appointment. She was very detailed and provided me all the information I needed for my appointment. Keith and Hasan went above and beyond trying to diagnose my issue. They also serviced my last minute requests of drain cleaning and flapper installation. All of the staff with this company are kind, respectful, and professional. I recommend them 100%.

Mr. Tony was very kind and accommodating with scheduling an appointment in a short timeframe. He was also very professional and informative about the issues I was having and was able to quickly resolve the problem and now my garbage disposal works great. Had a wonderful experience with this plumbing company. They were responsive, we spoke on the phone, and I sent him photos of what needed to be done. He gave me a rough estimate that was better than another company that was recommended to me. He came out on a Sunday and his rates were REASONABLE!!!!! My new go to plumber!!!!

I plan to use Roger Ross plumbing,today was an estimate. Very knowledgeable and efficient,the price is right also. Well I did eventually use Roger plumbing ! Very satisfied. The finance option is a God send ! I would use Roger plumbing again and again in the future !

I was having trouble with my backyard drain. Every time it rained I had a giant puddle in my backyard and a leak in my basement. So I gave these guys a call. I got an immediate response and scheduled them to come look at it. When they arrived they weee very professional and knowledgeable. It really sounded like they knew what they were doing. They pinpointed the problem almost immediately. They gave me a really great quote and even worked out a manageable payment plan to get it done. Long story short they dug up the yard, replaced the pipe and replaced the cement all in a day. They left it looking clean and brand new like they were never there. At first I was skeptical because it was done so fast but I haven’t had a puddle or a leak since. They’re my go to for any problems from here on out.

No rating, company very unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment on Monday for Wednesday 9am. Not only did no one show up but when I called to inquire about service appointment, the man stated he was unsure and there must have been a problem with the system. My frustration began when he had no suggestions to fixing the problem. Poor customer service for someone who took off work to accommodate a scheduled appointment.

Tyler Syroskie was excellent to work with. He explained each step that he was performing, and bottom line solved the problem. Also during these troubling times, he wore mask and gloves and fllowed social distancing guidelines which we greatly appreciated. I would strongly recommend Tyler and Zoom to anyone having drain issues.

Were not able to clear drain. Removed two toilets and may have broken the flanges. And they charged me even though they left the situation worse than they found it vs helping.

I called all around and mike from best price plumbing . was the only plumber I could get on the phone on a Friday. he came right out and investigated my emergency and put a sound test on my pipe outside and determined that it was a broken lead water service. that he was going to need to get a permit for my job.I told him I can not wait because I have a baby in the house. he then r knocked on my Nabor’s door and ran a hose from my house to the neighbors and boom ?!! He got me water he came back with the permit a few later and got the job done neat and clean me and my family are very impressed with mike and his guys are top notch plumbers highly recommend to anyone in need of a good honest plumber

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.
