They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. The gentlemen were courteous and they were able to unclog my drain, I will definitely use their services if needed in the future and will recommend them to my family and friends. Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I had an emergency with my oil heater and I called Brian Turner with Turner Brothers. I called his number around 9:00 AM. I explained my problem to the answering service and he was at my house at 11:30 AM. He checked the problem, explained what he needed to do and then told me the estimate and I hired him. He came back to do the service at 4:00 PM and finished in 2 hours. He was very friendly and easy going. He made sure everything was on and cleaned up.

Don’t call them if you need a plumber for your place of business. He literally asked me if I sell things online before quoting me. He quoted me double then the guy before. 3500$ for 40 ft gas pipe extension. This is 200$ of material and 3-4hr job. When I challenged him on the quote, he said “well I need to bring a ladder”. Then he said “it takes money to make money”. So he didn’t give me the price of labor and parts, this company wants a cut from my business. Sickening.Edit to respond to reply:There was no miscommunication, don’t you dare to change the subject. Quote says it all. 50ft of pipe plus hangers are less then 300$ in Home Depot. This means you charge $800 an hour for labor only!! Johnny Depp’s lawyers didn’t make that! Doctors don’t make that! But your guys do? I will agree with you… this is shocking.You are not “trying hard to serve the community”, you wrote all of that just to look like you care for people checking you out. If you cared you would have called me, looks like you have me in your system.Please be ashamed and be better, be ethical and be fair. Don’t rob small business owners and people that don’t know much about this stuff.I have a certified plumber taking this project for $1300 (with 1” black pipe). That says all about you and how much you “care”Folks, stay away from these people.

Scheduling was easy and pleasant experience. Shout out to Stephanie! She even called to let me know that the guys would be arriving early. When the guys arrived they went right to it and didn't stop until they found the problem. Mark explained everything and there never was any pressure. He explained what n where and how he would proceed. He also gave us options. We decided to go with getting the pipes to our tub fixed right then and there. The guys went above and beyond in a couple hours... Done! Oh, and did I mention the price was very reasonable. In the past two weeks we had two plumbers come out and each wanted to cut open my kitchen ceiling to get to the tub... Really? I'm so glad I called Mr. Tubs for professionalism, reliability, they are personable, reasonable, have a never give up attitude, not to mention my kitchen ceiling is in tact. You guys are the BEST! Saying bye-bye to those other plumbers. For GOOD!!

The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had.
