I’ve had great experiences with East Falls Plumbing. They replaced a hot water heater within a day of contacting them and did a great job. They were great to work with and very reliable.

Had a wonderful experience with this plumbing company. They were responsive, we spoke on the phone, and I sent him photos of what needed to be done. He gave me a rough estimate that was better than another company that was recommended to me. He came out on a Sunday and his rates were REASONABLE!!!!! My new go to plumber!!!!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

These people are wonderful! I had a clogged drain behind my house, at the bottom of the outside steps going into the basement. That drain goes under the house and out to the sewer line in front of the house. Two very nice men arrived just an hour after I called. They told me that the clog was actually in front of the house and accessed it from a vent pipe on the front sidewalk. It took them just a few minutes to plunge the line. I went out back to check the drain and it was cleared. I will definitely be calling them again next time I have a problem.

I'm feeling torn about this review. As a new homeowner I have a learning curve and navigating the ups and downs of a newly bought first house is hard enough. We had a terrible time with our basement and long story short after a rat invasion and a rehab of an already renovated basement we figured out our plumbing issue. Turner Brother's were the 2nd opinion. We decided to go with them. They were attentive, had the gear (including a scope that certain plumbers do not have), and Brian gave us the name of a guy who got us some money back on the 10,000.00 we had to spend from bad building. Well just a little money, but it was nice and something. The plumbing so far seems good. Its working and it's been since Jan/Feb2018. They had to dig in front of our house and created a big big mess. I didn't mind. Get it done and working! The cement was hastily done because it was cold and they are plumbers. That's not their job. However, we gave them a deposit to do the cement in the spring when it warmed up. Since spring, I've talked to Brian twice, and 4 or 5 other people. We've had no call backs from anyone and now NO ONE answers my phone call. I certainly don't mind getting someone else to do the cement work but I WOULD like my deposit for it back since it is a 1/4 of how much it will cost. Also I really wish someone from Turner Brothers would just call to tell me that they have too much on their plate. It makes me suspicious of the work they've done in the ground. In my opinion how you begin and end a job is what sticks with people. I'm not sure I'd use these guys again. So frustrated.

Other plumber came out told me I had bad curbstop. Sean from best choice came out actually checked my fixtures and found all aereators were clogged. He cleaned them out now I have water. Thanks best choice

Recently, as the weather turned colder, I thought I was turning on the heater, but nothing happened. My house felt like a barn. I called Aqua Plumbing & Heating and the next day Billy arrived and fixed the problem and took the time to bleed the radiators. I truly appreciate the quick, efficient service. I will keep their contact info handy - just in case.

Bill jr. you have impressed me more than I could ever emphasize. Ingram's Plumbing and Heating are so ridiculously better than any other company I've used, that I'll never call another company first. They know what they're doing and they know how to do their jobs. They're competent and charge reasonable prices.

Returned home from our honeymoon to frozen pipes. Called about 15 plumbers at 6:30 AM on Sunday. Kitt from Drains R Us called back and was at the house within an hour. He took a look around, gave a free consultation, and suggested we simply needed to heat the area with space heaters and central air. About four hours later the pipes had unfrozen and our water was back on. Kitt and Drains R Us were honest and saved us a ton of money. I appreciate their punctuality and honesty. Would use again.

I had a valve leak under my sink. I called and left a message after hours and they were here the next day at 1130! Very professional, explained everything and cleaned up. Highly recommend them.

Super pleased with my experience with Kelly from Veterans. She showed up right at 8 am, was very friendly, and took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. She gave me an estimate to patch my 100 year old cast iron pipe. Once she started working the pipe deteriorated more so she wound up being here all day but did not charge me extra labor for that! Really could not be happier with the service from Veterans

My plumber of 20 years recommended Zoom for a service they couldn't perform themselves. I couldn't have asked for better service; on-time, fair pricing and completely professional. No hard sell for unneeded services either. Tyler was a treat to work with and cleaned up the area impeccably afterward.

First off let me say that I never write bad reviews unless truly deserving. As a matter of fact, this is the first one I've every written, however, I thought that this was obscene enough to warrant my time and yours.I am in the process of replacing the deck boards on my deck and while they are taken off and there is easy access to the PVC pipes leading to my outside faucet (which never worked), I figured this is the right time to address it. I immediately could see a break in the PVC piping. I've never done any plumbing before so I started making some phone calls to the local plumbers. I started with Precision Plus Plumbing. I left a message and they immediately called me back saying someone could come out the same day and also do the work. Great, I thought. So I waited for the plumber to get to my house. He arrived on time and was a nice guy. So far, so good. So I showed him the issue and he said, yes you need 2 end caps put on the broken PVC piping. I said OK, how much will that cost. he said $146 for each end cap. You know the little plastic end pieces that cost about 50 cents. I said, WOW that is a lot and he said I don't want to pressure you. You seem like a handy guy, you could probably do it yourself. I wanted it done quickly so I said, just do it so I could continue with my project. So he put the 2 end caps on in 5 minutes! I turned the water on from the inside shutoff and we realized that there were several additional breaks in the PVC piping. He said, let me get you a price for replacing the 15 feet of 1/2 inch PVC piping. He came back with $750!!!! I said, excuse me, did you say $750? He said yes. It's not as easy as you may thing to replace. I said I own my own painting company and that is like 2 days of labor for my company so unless this 15 feet of PVC pipe is going to take a day and a half, forget about doing the job. He said OK, do you want me to take the 2 end caps back off and you can do everything yourself? I said yes!!! Oh, I forgot to mention that there is a $59 fee for them to just come out to the house even if they don't do the project!!So I said to myself, how hard can it be so I setup to the local home depot and bought $50 worth of parts (probably $15 more than what I should have but I bought extra in case I made a mistake). I cam back to the house and within 1 hour had everything replaced. I waited 2 hours and turned the water on from the inside shutoff and shazam, it works.Now it took me, someone who has never done a day of plumbing in his life, $50 and 1 hour of time and this company was going to charge me $750, Plus the end caps that I didn't need anyway.Now I know why they charge the $59 fee. They get to the house and pressure people into doing it, thinking, well I've already spent the $59 and that will go toward the repair. The company then charges a ridiculous rate, hoping to get suckers to say yes and if they say no, at least they made $59 for 5 minutes of being there.Crazy, crazy, crazy!!! Well I will thank Precision Plus Plumbing for allowing me to be so mad that I actually learned how to do some plumbing on my own.

MTD drains showed up within 48 hours and promptly diagnosed the issue. Bob made it a point to double check the entire line with his scope and let us know the full work that was needed. We called other plumbers and they wouldn’t even show up or wouldn’t commit to doing it and Bob promised to be there in a day and did the work. He was incredibly professional and did great craftsmanship. Use MTD drains if you want your plumbing headaches taken care of quick.

I used Best Price for the first time and I would definitely use them again. It is hard to find someone you can trust. I would highly recommend them.
