They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

When I first walked into my new house, I discovered my kitchen was completely flooded. In a panic and having never dealt with any kind of plumbing emergency, I called Boss Plumbing and asked for emergency help. The guy on the phone calmly talked me through my issue even though he was at a funeral!!! I couldn't believe the conscientiousness on their part--despite the seriousness of what was happening at my house, it pales in comparison to the death of a loved one, so I'm incredibly grateful that Boss Plumbing took some time to make sure I was able to stop the flooding of my kitchen. In the end, I had to go with an appliance repair technician as it was a problem inside my refrigerator, but if I hadn't talked to these guys, I don't know how long the fridge would have continued gushing water all over my new house.

Bill was quick to respond, thorough in his investigation of our problem, responsive to my need for full and accurate information, and prompt in getting the repair done. His focus was completely professional, and I felt confident in his guidance and expertise. Chalk another one up for the English major.

I emailed them on Sunday and got an immediate response. The receptionist got me an appointment for the following Monday. I received a call 8:07am Monday morning from Mike that he’d arrived in about 30 minutes and he in fact did. Mike came out, evaluated the issue and was very informative! I’m no plumber but his communication was so well I completely understood the issue. I got my toilet resealed and my flange replaced. I’m not sure of the price that you should pay for something like that but I was alright with the price. Honestly, the convenience, great professionalism, and the short time period it took to fix it was so worth it to me! He had everything he needed in his truck and was literally out in 2 hours, problem solved! I would highly recommend them, and if need be I will use them in the future.

Tony came in clutch when my house needed him most! I had a nasty hot water leak from the bathtub that got out of control and started leaking through the living room ceiling. Did a Google search for an emergency plumber and he had 200+ reviews so decided to take a chance with him. I am so glad that I did. My house is super old so the pipes are definitely not in the best condition. Tony listened to what the problem was and gave me a possible estimate over the phone. He was here in less than 2 hours to start on the repairs. He assessed the problem, got the tools from his truck and got right to work. When he found another problem, he talked to me about it before doing anything or purchasing any extra parts. The job ended up taking a lot longer than expected... like 6 hours long, again old house old pipes. He was a nice guy, super patient, non-judgmental and was determined to fix the leak that seemed to not want to be fixed. If you are having a plumbing emergency, Tony is definitely the guy to call! I no longer have water dripping through the ceiling in my living room and the weak water pressure that I have had for almost a year now has been fully restored to its former waterfall glory!!! I hired this company to uncover the pipe they said they would charge me 350 because it was a Saturday the boy put the snake in and I couldn't uncover the pipe then he said he had to use another method but that it would cost me $ 350 more in total it would cost me $ 700 I said no that it was a lot of money. The guy left without solving my problem and he charged me $ 200 for doing nothing, I am aware that he had to pay something at least $ 100 for his time but $ 200 is too much

I had an emergency with my oil heater and I called Brian Turner with Turner Brothers. I called his number around 9:00 AM. I explained my problem to the answering service and he was at my house at 11:30 AM. He checked the problem, explained what he needed to do and then told me the estimate and I hired him. He came back to do the service at 4:00 PM and finished in 2 hours. He was very friendly and easy going. He made sure everything was on and cleaned up.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.
