Warren and his crew are second to none. We had a toilet back up on Friday night and then I noticed a leak in the old, original cast iron sewage pipe. After making a number of calls for middle of the night plumbing service, Warren was the sole person to call me back. I am so happy he did. His team came out to diagnose the issue. Every step of the way, they explained what they were doing and what problems they found. Even when it came down to shock that the entire line (from curb to the middle of my house) had to be replaced, Warren assured that he would take care of us and get it fixed. Fast forward two days later, Warren had a team of five (including himself) out here at 7:30 and they are just now filling in the holes at 23:00. They removed and replaced the storm and sewage lines in a day. Read that again. A single day. Not a shoddy rush job. Consistent, great work.This is how you earn customers for life. As Philly's COVID-19 cases continue to set record-breaking numbers each day, I was thrilled to wake up to a crew of 5+ workers working on my block without masks at about 7am. On top of this, they decided to use my stoop to hold their jackets and drinks. They also weren't hired by me so I'm not sure why my stoop would be where they store their personal items throughout the day (especially during a pandemic LOL). This is at least the second or third time this has happened over the past few months. Sad to see safety and mask-wearing isn't a priority.

Recently I had a terrible Clog, Thompson plumbing took 20 minutes to walk me through what the problem was and how I could fix it. This was incredibly nice and thoughtful of Him and I was blown away by his kindness to take the time and share! Highly recommended! A plumber you know is looking to help you!

I had an emergency with my oil heater and I called Brian Turner with Turner Brothers. I called his number around 9:00 AM. I explained my problem to the answering service and he was at my house at 11:30 AM. He checked the problem, explained what he needed to do and then told me the estimate and I hired him. He came back to do the service at 4:00 PM and finished in 2 hours. He was very friendly and easy going. He made sure everything was on and cleaned up.

Called Aqua due to a leak under the kitchen sink. Plumber arrived on time, was very polite, knowledgeable and he explained everything that he was going to do and why. He showed the pieces that he replaced. He put my wife and I at ease. Cost of the repairs was the average for this area and received a senior's 10 percent discount. UPDATE: The business owner, Bill, gave me a call to talk about what happened. I appreciate him taking the time to follow-up personally and he said that I was charged incorrectly for my job. As a result, they refunded me for the portion that was an error. Bill made it right, which I respect a lot and I would call them again in the future if I need a plumber.I normally do minor household repairs myself and this review is exactly why. In a pinch, I called Bill Frusco because they have good reviews and because they're advertised as a family business. This is certainly not how any family business I've used before operates. $645 to remove and replace a garbage disposal plus another $250 to replace a PVC trap was downright disgraceful. This disposal is widely available for under $150 and the PVC trap for a few dollars. I'm sure the quality of the work is fine and the technician who showed up was polite. $900 for this job is shameful though, even if you give the benefit of the doubt for supply chain, inflation, workforce limitations, and anything else you can think of. I had no choice but to have it done because of timing and no chance to do it myself. I will NEVER use this plumber again though and would NEVER recommend them either.

The best heating/plumbing pros! My sewer line had a clog and my heater stop working! In the same week! They came in fix both. Very nice and friendly professional service.

I had an issue with my thermostat. It not longer was working correctly. I bought a new thermostat but was having issues hooking it up. I called Edward Hughes & Sons for assistance. They were real nice over the phone. I was able to get an appointment quick. The problem was quickly discovered. There was a wire that was no longer good that connects to the thermostat. They were able to replace the wire and connect the thermostat. They even showed me how to use it and set a weekly schedule. I also had them do a maintenance service to my unit to make sure everything was up-to-date and ok. They changed my filter and gave me some pointers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great experience and reasonable prices.
