Zach and Brandon did a great job fixing my leaking cast iron sewage pipe! They also noticed the smell of natural gas and were able to isolate the leak and fix it same day for a small extra fee. They were very polite and great to deal with! This is a great company who also installed a tankless water heater and fixed a sink drain. They are always responsive and do great work: it is rare to find such a good company

I highly recommend Boss Plumbing! Warren, the owner, and his team member DJ came out late on a Friday night to unclog our main drain ahead of some rain storms. They were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. Warren even took the time to explain the issue to us and give us some helpful tips to prevent future clogs. DJ was also very friendly and courteous throughout the process. We were very impressed with their service and will definitely be using Boss Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future. This was my first time hiring a profssional plumber. I usually used a friend or family member to fix plumbing issues but I needed a professional because I'm going to need a lot of things changed in my home. I found Tony through Google and because he had a website and listed what he does made me contact him. I called and set the appointment for the next day. Tony did explain if another client contacted him for an emergency that could push my appointment back because I didn't make an emergency appointment. And I understood that and appreciated him for letting me know that in advance. Tony came to my home and put on foot covers which I definitely liked because in my home we take our shoes off. Tony came in, found the leak and gave me options. It's so important to have a reliable plumber and Tony is now my plumber for life because he's the real deal.

They were fast, on time and very respectful.

For a water heater repair, we were provided with the rough time slot of between 1 and 5 PM. The technician arrived at 10:15 PM. They took a look at the water heater and said they have just the right guy to help us with the fix. Just the right guy arrived next day and as soon as he looked at the water heater, he told us that they don't fix tankless water heaters. The website says that they do.They should understand the implication of their mismanagement and miscommunication on the customers. We need hot water and would have planned an alternate repair plan if they had communicated clearly through the numerous instances they had to let us know that they can't/won't help us. Also, arriving 5 hours later than the scheduled time?!?

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.
