They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I made a DIY error and ended up ripping a piece of copper pipe out of the wall in our bathroom. East Falls Plumbing picked up the phone, allowed me to text pics of the damage, and accurately assessed what it would cost to fix. The job was done the next day and they even installed the new faucet and shower head after fixing the pipe I broke. They even checked to make sure there wasn’t anything additional we needed before leaving. Friendly, professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Would recommend highly!

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. City Plumbing was the subcontractor on a water & sewer line break my family got right after we moved into our new house last summer. They put in hours and hours of dirty extra work on a job I'm sure they thought would last half a day. They were considerate, responsible and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right, coming back a second day and working late into the evening to close up the gaping hole they had to dig to complete all the repairs. Thanks, City! We still have great water pressure and a dry basement!

I noticed a leak around 5pm. I've used Economy in the past for another project so I decided to give them a call. Economy was able to come over by 7pm. They quickly found the leak and fixed the issue. It was an emergency call so I was expecting to pay a massive fee for the short notice. I was shocked how reasonable and fair the invoice came out to be. I 100% recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

I called Roto Rooter this afternoon because of its reputation after I panicked. I had already waited two days for a plumbing company that was a no show in regard to a kitchen clog in my sink that just was'nt moving..In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, my kitchen is crucially needed. Cleaning dishes in the bathroom was scary for me. We are Habitat Philadelphia partner homeowners on a fixed income disabled family at the moment....I just received double total hip replacements in 2018-2019 and my youngest daughter is non-ambulatory with CP and a host of other physical-mentally challenges.Roto Rooter immediately added me to the repair schedule between 4pm and 8pm...I received calls from the technician and dispatch in regard to when they would arrive due to back up in repairs they were running late. I loved how dispatched asked was it alright to come later than scheduled.Service technician Mr. Romaine finally came out around 9:30 pm.....He was very professional, followed COVID-19 guidelines mask, social distancing as he worked, gave very helpful information in regard to my problem and fixed kitchen the sink, BUT most of all he showed care, understanding and took time to just listen.. Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I'm delighted to report that every face-to-face encounter I have with the employees of Best Choice Plumbing has been professional and friendly. The folks answering the phone are usually friendly and informative. 4/5 stars because the triangular communication between us (the renters), Best Choice Plumbing, and the property managers/owners can be a struggle. Information regarding dates/times of expected service can be tricky to sort out, kind of like playing the game Telephone. Overall, I'm happy with the work and would readily use the services of BCP again.

Called Aqua due to a leak under the kitchen sink. Plumber arrived on time, was very polite, knowledgeable and he explained everything that he was going to do and why. He showed the pieces that he replaced. He put my wife and I at ease. Cost of the repairs was the average for this area and received a senior's 10 percent discount.
