Called due to loss of hot water in our house. They called right back and were able to send someone out the same morning. Nick came in, was professional and explained what was wrong and what the options were. Once I made the decision he was able to install a new hot water heater and was done before lunch. He explained the new hot water heater and what to expect immediately after. Nick was great we would definitely use Goodman again.

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. We've been using Boss for a while now. They are the only ones we trust. They are friendly, professional, and good at what they do.We even used their services to repair some plumbing at my grandparents house and they would take the time to explain to them what needed to be done and why. Our most recent call was to fix some corroded pipes so our new washer could be hooked up. As soon as I sent some pics of the pipes he sent me an estimate and showed up within in an hour of us confirming. It's hard to know who to trust with your home but we feel comfortable with Boss.

East Falls P&H took on re-plumbing and installation of a new boiler including a number of (very heavy!) radiators in a house that had been empty for many years. Everything was done in the time frame they presented at the cost of the original estimate with absolutely no complications on my part. A few minor problems with the updated system were corrected quickly. Bill stayed in touch and was responsive to inquiries throughout the process . Highly recommend them for plumbing and heating work.

Very good service

I would not recommend this plumbing company. We put new tile down so we needed to take off the toilet and have a plumber re-install it. After the plumber from Roger Ross reinstalled it we noticed the ceiling below the toilet was a yellow-orange color. We knew that they caused the leak and did not install toilet correctly. I called them back and they said we needed to get knew pipes installed. There was no leak before so I knew they caused the issue. I had another plumber come for a second opinion and he was able to fix the issue. He had to put a second wax ring down to secure the flange. Roger Ross plumbing clearly did not see their was an opening and water was leaking. Because of them I had to open up my ceiling and now need to repair it. They 100% caused the issue and did not even feel bad about it.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Best Choice is the best plumbing service. I tried to use another plumber but unfortunately the plumber made several mistakes which cost me time and money. Services have been great! I have used them for my home and today for my mom’s house due to a leak coming from the cold water for the water heater.
