He arrived promptly, is very professional, and finished the job in under 2 hours (including a trip for supplies!). I highly recommend Zac and the company and will certainly work with them again for future plumbing needs.

Best Plumber in East Falls! I needed a new water heater since the existing one was about 12 years old and making noises. I asked my neighbors for plumber recommendations, and they all recommended East Falls Plumbing. I was able to set up an appointment very soon after I contacted them. The plumber Kevin arrived on time, the installation went smoothly, and Bill the owner also stopped by to make sure everything looked good. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job! I definitely recommend East Falls Plumbing!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

My experience with rotor rooter was amazing my technician name was Thea and he was very professional and explained everything he was doing when unclogging my sewer line…he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing… I wish there could be more guys like him.. These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Outstanding.

We had a major plumbing issue in our homes main water pipe which runs from the third floor to the basement. The first team replaced the old cast iron pipe in the basement and first floor. When I touched the back of the new pipe I could feel water on Both the first floor and the basement. Also the first team re-cemented the basement floor around the pipe and it was also were. We called Best Choice to request someone come out to rectify the problem and they immediately sent Sam and Brain out to make things right. Sam and Brian did a fantastic job. They explained what the issue was and how they were going to correct the problem. They replaced and sealed all the new pipes in about 2 hours. I highly recommend Best Choice Plumbing.This was the third phase of plumbing work we had done and the only call we had to make to correct an issue.

Billy and his team at Aqua were great. They handled a problem I came across needing plumbing rerouted in my bathroom for a new vanity and identified other issues that I didn’t even know about and corrected everything so quickly and left me with clean looking new pipes I will never have to worry about. I find Billy to be honest when he describes what he anticipates will be an issue and even when he gives me a heads up about things for the future that aren’t necessarily an emergency. I have used them before for major and minor work and will use again!

Scheduling was easy and pleasant experience. Shout out to Stephanie! She even called to let me know that the guys would be arriving early. When the guys arrived they went right to it and didn't stop until they found the problem. Mark explained everything and there never was any pressure. He explained what n where and how he would proceed. He also gave us options. We decided to go with getting the pipes to our tub fixed right then and there. The guys went above and beyond in a couple hours... Done! Oh, and did I mention the price was very reasonable. In the past two weeks we had two plumbers come out and each wanted to cut open my kitchen ceiling to get to the tub... Really? I'm so glad I called Mr. Tubs for professionalism, reliability, they are personable, reasonable, have a never give up attitude, not to mention my kitchen ceiling is in tact. You guys are the BEST! Saying bye-bye to those other plumbers. For GOOD!!

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.
