They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

I emailed them on Sunday and got an immediate response. The receptionist got me an appointment for the following Monday. I received a call 8:07am Monday morning from Mike that he’d arrived in about 30 minutes and he in fact did. Mike came out, evaluated the issue and was very informative! I’m no plumber but his communication was so well I completely understood the issue. I got my toilet resealed and my flange replaced. I’m not sure of the price that you should pay for something like that but I was alright with the price. Honestly, the convenience, great professionalism, and the short time period it took to fix it was so worth it to me! He had everything he needed in his truck and was literally out in 2 hours, problem solved! I would highly recommend them, and if need be I will use them in the future.

I always want to support Black owned businesses and I'm so pleased that I found a keeper! Keith was precise, punctual, did a quick job and was mannerable. He replaced my main shut off valve that I just found out was leaking yesterday and it was such a relief to have the job done the next day efficiently.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. I was having a non-urgent issue with the plumbing my powder room and called Best Choice Plumbing. They had a plumber, Val, out here early the following day. He did an amazing job. The guy was professional, courteous, thorough, fast, incredibly conscientious and did a great job! Even with having to get parts, the job was completed in less than an hour, and he left the space as clean as he found it.
