Then he then arrived first thing the next morning and efficiently removed and installed a new heater. He was happy to show me the results of the installation and go through any minor changes to the functionality of the new water heater. One of the better experiences I've had with a plumbing company and I will be happy to recommend Goodman and use them in the future.

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). Chris was very patient, professional and thorough with his investigation into my steam boiler issue.I really appreciated his sincerity in my matter, and how much he extended a helping hand. Chris never gave the impression that he didn't want to do the work and he is extremely knowledgeable. He was fair and concise with his answers, and didn't leave me with an ounce of regret like other heater contractors that swore they knew about steam boilers.I will definitely use this company in the future!

I was experiencing a bathroom leak from the second floor which caused water damage to my living room ceiling on the first floor. Derrick trouble shot the problem and found the leak was coming from my second floor toilet. The leak was below the toilet and in between the living room ceiling. He did a excellent job of opening a small hole in the living room ceiling and identified where the leak was coming from. He did a nice job of cleaning up the plaster that came from the ceiling opening. The repair was quickly made to the toilet piping. He was very polite and explained what was occurring during the repair process. I would definitely use his services again and would recommend his company to others.
