We've used John multiple times and we've always had nothing but a positive experience. You can get on the schedule quickly, John and his crew are always polite, professional, they work tidy and efficiently and do impeccable work. Their experience in working on old Philly houses shows as they're honest with what things are going to cost or simply can't be done without a large investment-- they keep everything pretty practical and they let you know when things can be addressed later or need to be addressed ASAP which is really helpful as a homeowner. Can't recommend him enough!!

Nick was awesome! Replaced my water supply lines that were leaking. Quality work! Arrived earlier than the scheduled time and was able to get everything done! Called me 30 minutes prior to arrival time! Great job overall!

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

Anthony and Tim are great! They came and fixed a job in 3 hours that took the previous plumber 10 hours to only mess things up and was unable to finish. I called them back to replace the wax ring of my toilet. Timely and efficient. I highly recommend.

I was crossing the street at a crosswalk (Susquehanna & Cedar, right outside Loco Pez) and a guy driving an Aqua van yelled at me and my pregnant wife for taking too long to cross the street and looking at his van when it looked like he wasn't going to stop at all. Lots of name calling once he realized I was taking pictures of his van. Another driver told me he'd cut them off too.Says it was his number on the side of the truck, so I guess he's the owner. Don't know how he is as a plumber but I wouldn't let this guy anywhere near my house.

my sister 's rental house is located in north east Philadelphia and her house needed to replaced the curb side p trap . we called bill frusco plumbing to do the job . we paid $3200 for the replacement and cement pavement is included in the job that stated on the bill. they told us that they would come back to in two week to put the cement pavement . it has been more than two months since they finished the job and no one come back to take care of the curb side . They left the vent expose without any cement . i called them and the lady told us that they are so busy . all the cement job are back up and told me to wait for phone call . no one call still.

I was waiting for the guy that does AC and Heating unit to come back off vacation. The secretary did not know when he was coming back, she told me, she was going to call him and call me back, that was two week ago,in the meantime R&R Mechanical Service came in and did excellent job
