Best New Installation / Replacement in Philadelphia PA

Was having a power issue in our home. Really appreciated the help Larry gave me. He wanted to try and resolve the issue on the phone before he came out to save me some money. Was able to troubleshoot over the phone and send him some pictures. He quickly told me what it was. And that resolved the issue, didn’t cost me anything. Appreciated the honesty and integrity of Larry! ??. That’s what you will get if you use Lauterborn Electric. People that are honest and that are willing to work with you, for those of us that don’t know anything about electrical issues…:) Highly recommend them!

I called work to be done and told me between 10 am. And 12 noon no call no show there is always some other company that would like the work...

The technician was out in less than 24 hours from the time I called. He called 30 minutes before arriving.

Tom (owner) was amazing!! Him and his assistant gave us a fair price for the installation on 3 dedicated circuits/outlets. We were having a new above stove microwave, stove top oven and dishwasher installed and needed these outlets installed for the appliances. And when they came to do the installation they were on time, efficient, and professional. Their work was neat and clean and done fast! Would highly recommend and would definitely call them up again for any future electrical work.

I had ceiling lights that weren't working, and we needed some professionals to do them because they were a bit expensive. I didn't go wrong in choosing them for light fixtures in my home, and they were very knowledgeable in their field.

We had Jack Flash come out a couple months back to replace a few ungrounded outlets we had with updated lines. They were quick to respond with a quote appointment and gave us a very competitive offer for the services we needed. They showed up on time, did excellent work, left minimal evidence they had been through several walls, and charged me exactly the quoted price after only a couple hours of work. No issues since. Highly recommend this business if you can get them!

My experience with DMS Electric was absolutely great from start to finish. I had Derek and his team install a bunch of lights/outlets, install/mount a bunch of TVs and other electrical work in a dental office. Dave helped install 200 Amp service and it went pretty well. Despite some complications with my home's foundation. He came up with a creative solution.After the install, he came back a couple weeks later to check on an issue and did not charge me.Thanks a bunch Dave

Converted a 220v socket to 110v for use with an air conditioner. The technician was knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Responsive and reasonable rates.

Gen3 were great to work with - super easy and professional from start to finish. Kevin and Major did an excellent job in replacing all the lighting in our kitchen. Good communication from office (Stephen) and pre work evaluation with Josh. We will use Gen3 again!

New Age Electric did a great job installing some outlets above our kitchen cabinets so I could install my under cabinet lighting system.

John installed all the lighting fixtures around the outside of my house. It was a job I felt I may be able to do, but might take a whole weekend. Instead, I thought I would consult an electrician to get the job done quick and right. He exceeded my expectations and was done in less than an hour. He worked neatly and efficiently. He was very reasonable and I will surely be giving him more business since I would like to put grounds on all my outlets and install outlets in my bathroom.

Theo came to our house and installed a fan in the kitchen. Whenever we were cooking, not being able to vent the kitchen out meant the smoke alarm was always going off and making me CRAZY. Theo was a pleasure to work with, gave a very fair price and cleaned up after himself.... it took him less than an hour to install it.
