I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). Splash responded on a Sunday evening. I called a dozen plumbers when my water heater failed, Splash was the only one who said they would be right there. John showed up an hour with a new water heater an hour after that i had hot water my basement was clean and the job was done

Responded promptly as requested. There was no acknowledgement of our initial call, however they did contact the day prior. Work done professionally, technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Have used them twice now.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!! They did a terrible job. Less than 3 months later my entire basement was flooded! They did not fix the plumbing problem. And when I called them to inform them. A representative answered the phone and told me it will be 400$ for them to come out and look at the problem. Shortly after that they hung up on me. I have toddlers and their toys are in the basement. Everything is ruined!!

Checked prices for a new water heater install and M.T.D. Drains was the best by far. The install took less than 2 hours and if I could give 10 stars I would. GREAT JOB !!!

I HIGHLY recommend Mount Airy Plumbing. If you have a dripping faucet, call them! They’re professional and do top quality work. They actually KNOW what they’re doing and have fair pricing. They won’t try to gouge you. I will be using them again.

I was told this is a reputable company. Nowadays it seems, as with all other companies, it has gone down the drain. No one cares any more about doing their job right and leaving a customer satisfied. A company who takes pride in their work and who wants someone to come back to their business over and over again because their work is just that good. You do not get that with this company. Due to the inadequacies with the first visit, a second visit was required to come and finish the job. The prices are ridiculous, the workload, later in day, is rigged just to get out the door and call it a day. They even walk away with your plunger! Never again, lesson learned. 8/7: Update to my initial review. I just used for the first time the new water valve they replaced in the backyard where my hose is connected. The water pours directly out from the wall, great job guys! Maybe you should be less concerned about the reviews for your company and more concerned about the quality of your work. You heard right, they made a special trip to our home, after my initial review, to question my elderly Mother about my review. Another thing I need to replace after this company did the initial job!
