Today is December 23rd, 2022 …. The day before Christmas Eve. We have 4 kids … I woke up to our hot water heater busted and leaking everywhere. Called this company and I’m so thankful they had time to get us taken care of !Zack came out within 2 hours of me calling and took care of everything !The whole thing had to be replaced and he took care of it without a problem the day before Christmas Eve. ???He assured us that the old machine lasted longer than most do and it would be a quick fix. We appreciate him so much !!!!Thank you for saving us out of what we thought would be a huge problem.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

I made a DIY error and ended up ripping a piece of copper pipe out of the wall in our bathroom. East Falls Plumbing picked up the phone, allowed me to text pics of the damage, and accurately assessed what it would cost to fix. The job was done the next day and they even installed the new faucet and shower head after fixing the pipe I broke. They even checked to make sure there wasn’t anything additional we needed before leaving. Friendly, professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Would recommend highly!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

In attempting to replace our hose, we broke off a piece of our outdoor pipe on a Sunday evening of a holiday weekend and had to shut off our water to prevent it from spewing out everywhere. We were left scrambling for an emergency plumber — Roger got back to me right away and connected us with Dan, who came out the very next morning. Dan knew exactly what to do, and was quick, professional, and knowledgeable. He replaced our spigot and a valve and got our water up and running again in no time. Highly recommend this business — will use them again for future plumbing needs!

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

We had to have a part of our sewer line replaced and they came out the next day to check out what was going on, and within a couple weeks the job was done! Very fast, reliable and knowledgeable!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for plumbing issues! The prices are very reasonable, they won't try and screw you over like a lot of other plumbers would! Brian was great to communicate with!! Happy holidays Buzz Duzz Plumbing. This review is long and long overdue. If you live in a very old home a cast iron boiler plumber may be hard to find. In prep for major surgery I wanted to make sure that my house was warm and comfortable during my recovery. It was not last winter. Pockets of cold areas in the radiator system along with a pump that shut off without reason from time to time left the house with such a chill. The pipes connected to a relatively new bolder had started to turn green. And one of my radiators started to leak. None of the plumbers I contacted work with cast iron. Finally i contacted a company that sells radiators and she gave me a list of only 6 companies. I choose Buzz Duzz (what a great name.) Mr Buzz came out and surveyed my entire system like an old veteran. (I was surprised at the youthful appearance of Mr Buzz). He made me aware of many things. Firstly, the boiler have been wrongly installed by the first contractor. Also he overcharged me by a few thousand dollars..that hurt. The contractor installed the pump upside down so the pressure was limited. It caused corrosion and infrequent shut offs. My pipes began to turn green. My dining room was warm, my living room was cold, my bathroom cold, bedroom half warm/cold, etc. The piping was too small and the chimney was never cleaned out so i was also experiencing a potential carbon monoxide poison issue. The piping was too small. The overflow tank was improperly ordered, replaced and hung. The shut off valve was installed wrong. Couplings we're wrong and so on and so on. It's amazing it ran at all. PGW came out twice turn on the gas with these safety issues in place some of which contradict their own safety codes. I later spoke to PGW they said it wasn't their job BUT had they made me aware I would not have used that contractor again. It was the first job I gave him after a fire, had I known it was done wrong i would not have given him other work in the home some of which was also was also poorly done.Buzz have me a good quote and told me he would be sending 3 expert plumbers that would show up early and work all day. Stan, Dan and tenacious Tom came out a few months later early and worked all day. Three extremely experienced and knowledgeable plumbers replaced all the piping to the boiler with brand new superior grade piping and increased width pipes. Installed the proper overflow tank in the proper place. Replaced/ installed the pump right side up. Squeaky cleaned the chimney stack. Replaced several bleeder valves and bled the system. Now my system runs so smooth with power and my entire house is warm even unexpectedly..my basement. My grand nieces and nephews when they visit sleep in the basement. Now no there's no carbon monoxide poison leak possibility and no winter colds. No constant shut offs, no cold rooms. My boiler/heater looks fantastic and i am recovering in utmost comfort. I was fortunate in the timing of these repairs so mangy shortages and in my choice of company. I hope these crafts continue to be handed down to youth. I called Veterns Plumbing on a Tuesday evening after 7 when I couldn’t re-light my hot water heater pilot. I left a phone message and Chris called me back within 15 minutes. He spent an hour on the phone with me, walking me through possible solutions to my pilot problem. He gave me honest suggestions along with price points for my hot water heater repair. When I asked him to proceed with the repair plan we discussed and to send me an invoice for our time on the phone he stated that he helps people on the phone all the time and that there was no fee. I was truly shocked! A professional human being who gives you his time as a courtesy?!?! Chris hasn’t done the work on my water heater yet but I have no doubt his work will be as immpeccable as his character. Verterns Plumbing will be my plumbers for life. Thanks again Chris!
