Nick from Goodman was amazing! He showed up on time and fixed everything quickly and skillfully. He was really personable and talked us through what he was doing and how to proceed in the future. The price was fair and his service was fantastic.

This is your company.They have helped us with hot water radiators and with a sewer line issue-- both times fixing issues that other companies couldn't figure out.Most recently, they saved us from spending 10k to dig up a sewer line in the backyard (as a different company recommended and quoted) and instead sourced the issue as a simple clog. Super grateful we called them instead of destroying our yard for no reason...

Such a great find! Tony responded to my call quickly and worked around my schedule. He was very efficient, polite and very clean! (I hate having to clean after workers make a mess!) Most importantly, when I asked Tony about a different project I need help with, he was honest in admitting he was not qualified for that job! Tony is now my go to plumber!

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

We contacted four different plumbers to help us and three never returned our calls and one said we would be in a waiting line of 2-3 weeks. We then sent a message to Roger Ross Plumbing & Heating and received a response right away and they were able to fit us in the following day. Tyler was able to find where our leak was coming from and repaired it quickly the same day. We are very happy with the service we received and will definitely contact Roger Ross Plumbing & Heating again if needed before any other plumber.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Terrible company. I call them for an outside drain issue and they came out right away. Unfortunately, they didn't do ANYTHING for me but made the situation worse. They didn't even let my tenant know they were leaving and they would not respond to my texts or phone calls. It turns out whatever they did caused the kitchen sink drain to not drain at all. This was a disaster.

Working with Aqua was a great experience! They were very kind and communicative, did a great job. Will definitely be using them again.

Our AC unit kept freezing over and we needed someone to service it for us. After one company no called no showed we reached out to Bill Frusco. They originally gave us a 2 hour timeslot from 1-3 on a Saturday that a technician would come out to look at our unit. As it got closer to 3 I called and they told me the tech was running behind and they wouldn't be able to get here until closer to 4:30. We decided to reschedule as we had things we needed to do. They gave us another 2 hour time slot on Monday from 2-4. Same thing. 4pm approaches and no one has shown up. I called and again the technician is running behind. I just sat here for 2 hours waiting and no one could be bothered to call me to tell me they were running behind AGAIN. We gave this company two chances to redeem themselves and to our disappointment they couldn't communicate with us to let us know what was going on. I find it extremely unprofessional and other customers should be aware of their lack of communication. I'm not one to typically leave reviews about a company but, I felt this situation warranted it. It's not hard to pick up a phone to tell a customer that they are running behind.

Had a bad leak in basement and wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Splash came out right away for leak detection. Leak was caused from a bad curb trap. Curb trap or sewer line was repaired. They cleaned everything up for me and the place looked better than it ever did. Additionally, they used a solution to kill germs and smell from the leak. Truly appreciate the great job they did for us.
