We had a water heater fail on us over Easter and Nick was kind enough to call us during the holiday to help triage the problem. Then he then arrived first thing the next morning and efficiently removed and installed a new heater. He was happy to show me the results of the installation and go through any minor changes to the functionality of the new water heater. One of the better experiences I've had with a plumbing company and I will be happy to recommend Goodman and use them in the future.

Warren has saved my house from water damage more than once and on very short notice. I’ve spoken to professional plumbers and told them the cost of his services and they have been blown away by how fair his pricing is. As long as I’m a home owner, I need Warren in my life. He’s trustworthy, reliable, kind and generous with his time and skill set. He even helped me make a decision on a home based on his plumbing expertise when I went through inspection. East Falls P&H took on re-plumbing and installation of a new boiler including a number of (very heavy!) radiators in a house that had been empty for many years. Everything was done in the time frame they presented at the cost of the original estimate with absolutely no complications on my part. A few minor problems with the updated system were corrected quickly. Bill stayed in touch and was responsive to inquiries throughout the process . Highly recommend them for plumbing and heating work.

The folks that fixed my broken trap were a pleasure to work with. I had sewage backing up into my basement which was an utter nightmare - especially because I have two tenants that also live on the property. They came out first thing in the morning, and worked straight through until about 6:30p. All is fixed and I can flush again without worrying about a nasty, nasty mess. I wish I could remember their names, because I'd like to thank them again for giving me peace of mind. I could breath again...

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

We had some issues setting up the appointment. Their on line contact site was not working. So after emailing several times I finally called and spoke to the office team and provided pictures of the work. They told me one of the plumbers would call me. Three days later I called back and had to set an appointment. Needed a credit card to secure the appointment. They called to confirm the day before. Plumber arrived on time. Inspected the job and priced out the faucet replacement at $1057. Higher than expected but the job was completed that day and seems to be quality work. Will possibly use them again depending on the job.
