I've used East Falls Plumbing for years now. Bill and his crew are responsive, kind, and helpful. I can trust Bill to do the very best job. He replaced my water heater and fixed a leak that came from my bathroom down to my kitchen. He also replaced my bathroom faucet.

I want to thank you all for great service, and for doing a fantastic job providing me with a new water meter pipeline. The staff here are super professional, courteous and thorough. I appreciate each and everyone of you Eric, Debbie, Rich and Joe. I'm so pleased with the work done, what a blessing and now I can have peace of mind that there's no more leaking pipes, no moist basement, no more bugs! I will definitely be calling them in the future if ever I need service again and highly recommend them to my family and friends. Keep up the good work!

I was charged $125 to remove the stopper from my bathroom sink faucet. I now have to go out and get a rubber stopper as it was not included. They were literally in/out of my house in 5 minutes. Considering that I'm located within walking distance from their location, a repeat customer (3 other jobs) who has recommended their services, this is very disappointing.

Sam from Best Choice Plumbing just left and I wanted to give 5 STAR thumbs up review. As is frequently, the case, there was more to the job than what was anticipated. He figured out the problem, established a plan and worked it through. I know that it took much longer than anticipated but the long and the short of it is that was a much more extensive job than we all thought it would be. I couldn't be happier with the result. This is not my first time using Best Choice and should the need arise, I would not hesitate to use them again.

We had an emergency and Veteran not only told us they could help, they arrived within an hour of our call time. Chris was very nice and professional, and explained what the problem was and how to address it in the future. We'll definitely be using them again.

Michael was at my house less than 15 minutes after I called him. He quickly identified and understood the issue. Jason and Braheem picked up the necessary parts to get the job done and everything was complete in less than 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable. Overall, Michael and his team did a great job and made this a seamless, hassle free process. Michael, Jason, and Braheem were thorough, friendly, and easy to work with. Don't hesitate to give Michael a call.

Generally, I rate McLoughlin well. Today, not so. The last 2 small plumbing jobs that they've done at my home were way too expensive. I'd almost classify it as price gouging. They installed my HVAC system about 18 months ago. I've been on annual contract for both HVAC and plumbing since then. This is supposed to be at discounted rates (15% off).Yesterday, I generated a $375.00 invoice for a simple repair of a leaking shower. That amount would have been about $440.00 without the 'discount'. It was a drop in part. Total service time was about 90 minutes to include the time the Tech spent going to and from the supply house to get the replacement part. I later found out that the part lists at $53.00. So, working off the non discounted price (since I already paid for the discount). I got hit for close to $400.00 for 90 minutes work on a non emergency call. What's that work out to ... about $275.00 an hour? If you can easily afford that labor rate, hats off to you. You're a lot more successful than me.I asked the Tech what the part cost at the time of service. He didn't know, which I find ridiculous since he had just ran to the supply house and bought the thing. I called the main office and asked them to itemize their invoice so I could see how much I paid for parts, labor, etc ... they refused (one can guess why). I asked them to have a manager contact me ... we're about 24 hours post service. My phone has not rung (likely because someone doesn't want to make that call). Most contractors on the main line are a little bit of a rip off ... that's rules of the game and most people expect that. When one has to consider using loan sharking and / or bookmaking terminology to describe a contractor's pricing, they've gone too far.Nice people, good craftsmanship ... but feeling abused on cost. Look elsewhere.

As a property manager, I highly recommend Best Choice. Jose and his crew arrived on time, knew what they were doing, had all the permits and communicated with the PWD inspector. They left the site neat, clean & safe. Dana in the office is a super co-ordinator.

My HVAC system heating repair needs were addressed immediately by this company. I have called a lot of HVAC companies but only this company responded quickly. Their technician arrived quickly at my home and got to work immediately. Hands down the best in the industry.

These are great people. They've done many, many jobs for me, have come in a timely way when time is an issue, and have taken care of issues in a professional way. They've also done a few things in the kitchen that are in additional to the regular services they provide.

I have had issues with contractors and sub-contracts in the past, especially recently with supply chain problems driving prices and availability issues through the roof. George and the team at Green HVAC was incredible. I had a few specific issues and requests. Appointments were easy to schedule. They showed up on time. They were polite and helpful. When I asked for a solution to a humidity problem and had my options explained to me, it was easy to schedule the major work. When the work was done, the instillation was very well thought out and cleanly executed. The level of expertise was visible in how cleanly things were done. Thank you so much for your help!

Scheduled a sewer inspection. I was not home, wife was home. I was told the line was holding 25ft of water and it was rotted out. Repair cost $4350. Came home from work and watched the video provided by them and barely seen any water in the line or any rot. Had another plumber come snake the drain and clean it and record another video. He says the drain is fine, no rot, no water, just some grease build up. McClain said they would come back out 2 days in a row to look at it again and never showed up. DO NOT USE. Trying to SCAM people and do unnecessary repairs. Not trustworthy at all.
