I’ve only had my inspection so far but I really recommend this company! A Black owned business with wonderful workers. Maliek was professional, knowledgeable, and super nice. He was able to explain everything to me as a first time homebuyer in a way that made sense. He also went over my home inspection with me and found issues that the inspector didn’t. Also I was given two price points to choose from for the work I wanted. Great all around!

Alba Electric is a company that’s second to none. Thankfully Alba serves the Philadelphia and surrounding areas, these men are truly amazing! They are clean, punctual, quick, and precise. GEN3 was able to schedule me an appointment right away to install two flush mount ceiling lights. They had great communication and reminders; the technician called ahead and showed up promptly. Marc Green did such a fantastic job, he covered and protected everything and finished the lights so quickly.

Gen3 Electric and Mike J were great to work with and persevered to find a solution to my electrical woes. I had an unusual issue with some AFCI breakers nuisance tripping almost constantly despite no clear issues with any components of the circuit. Ultimately through extensive testing and troubleshooting on two separate occasions performed by Mike J, and some trial and error, he found a solution to the issue. Mike J was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with and clearly cared about finding a solution to my unusual breaker issue.
