I had my water heater die after a good 14 year run, I called City Plumbing and they were able to get a crew onsite to swap out the old water heater with a new water heater in the same day. The guys who showed up were very professional, courteous and they cleaned up the work area when the job was complete. I would highly recommend going with this company for any plumbing needs.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Sam was a huge help in unclogging an old drain that hadn't been maintained in years. Instead of giving up after 15 minutes, and selling me on an expensive repair, Sam spent an hour trying different approaches until the clog broke. Too many plumbers out there trying to make sales, Sam was dedicated to fixing the issue without resorting to unnecessary and expensive solutions. I'll definitely be calling him for any future plumbing issues.

I recently had a problem with my sub pump in my basement and a bad leak in my kitchen faucets. I contacted Michael Martorano, owner of Best Price Plumbing & Heating, for help. He came out to my house very quickly and addressed both problems. I found him not only to be very knowledgeable and efficient, but was able to pinpoint the issues as soon as he saw them. He was also always available by telephone if you have any questions. My sub pump was overflowing with water in my basement and yard. He repaired it and added a piece of pipe that fixed the problem. Michael also gave a beautiful bronze style faucet system in my kitchen. No wetness or leaks anymore! His prices are also very reasonable. I called at 10 am to report a problem we were having with the new thermostat McLoughlin had installed during the summer. By 4pm Ronnie came quickly fixed and explained the issue.

i needed to move a utility sink in my basement. reliable has what appears to be a dispatch person answer the phones, and then they send a guy out first availability. my first experience was fine, they patched a pipe in my basement for $125, but the plumber was super demanding about me paying my bill before the end of the day, including several phone calls in the afternoon. i was not a fan of this kind of treatment, but i called and gave my credit card info. fast forward to my utility sink. I call to schedule this work (when i am away at work). they come over, do what i expected to be a 1 day job in about 3-4 hours. the copper was cut and run very sloppy, the plumber allowed his apprentice to install shut off valves touching each other, and there is solder drips in the sink, floor, and wall. blowtorch marks on the wall and near by pipes. i left out contractor bags and drop clothes, and none were used. the floor has a piece of carpet that was soaked, and they didn't bother to use the shop vac i also had positioned near by. they left buckets of water and solder and other trash. plumber was defiant and aggressive with me defending the poop job and condition of the site he left. offered to put a bandaid on his work, but was never willing to do more than the minimum. i call in to express my disappointment, but a senior plumber was also irritated by me and my issue, proceeded to tell me this and that. i may have failed to mention i am a construction industry professional, so it was all just strong arm tack-ticks to get me to pay for low quality and unacceptable work. a few days go by, they resend the same guy to come fix the work. i finally meet him, he is defiant to me, mean, and i had to ask him to leave my house. never in my life did i ever expect to do this.overall experience ended when the company had to send a senior plumber several days later, who couldn't be nicer and more professional. we negotiated the price down, and he left. this is after about a week of calls back and forth.my 2 cents. don't hire a company that is willing to defend the poor workmanship of a young plumber who leaves jobsites like a hurricane disaster zone. also, don't hire a company that thinks that you don't know what you're talking about, when you actually do.
