Bill Frusco Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

I called Monday am with no hot water, by the end of the day, they has a plumber here and a new hot water heater installed. I have relied on Frusco Plumbing for years. They have always solved my issues quickly and professionally. i highly recommend them !

Bill Frusco plumbing did an excellent job in our home. We had several leaks coming from every water source and they were able to quickly detect them and fix them. We’ve had several service visits and their plumbers are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and they get the job done! Oats are very reasonable as well. And booking appointments with their service center is so easy. Highly recommend bill Frusco’s team!

Sadly editing this review as our experience today was a nightmare. Matt ripped up our new bathroom floor to fix an issue we were told was 100% the problem to find it was not the problem at all but something totally different. Hours (and the THIRD camera down our pipes in a week) later told it was out outdoor pipe, which Dan told us last week was not the problem just something to fix down the line. Huge mess, sloppy work, Matt seemed like he had no idea what was going on from the moment he arrived. Left our outdoor pipe open to the busy philly street to get clogged with leaves and various street dirt, tried to call to have someone fix and was told all they could do was leave a message and maybe someone would call. Have used this business for a couple of years and have been happy but now we need to find a new plumber. Be wary of high estimates and changing stories.

Ordered the most efficient Bradford White water heater money can buy. Literally could have cheaper out on a $1,000 job but figured this pays for itself after a few years. Matt and his coworker were on time, very polite, and professional. I was happy to tip them at the end. I would def recommend these employees and this company based on this experience. Dan came out to my house today to provide service on three different heating systems. First time I am using Frusco and will continue to do so. He was knowledgeable and thorough pointing out preventive maintenance items. He was honest about the timing on when they should be done. Wasn't pushy. I am extremely happy with the service provided.

I have always used Frusco plumbing because of the professionalism and their ability to get the job DONE!However, I recently was disappointed with the service I received. I called and spoke to customer service and the fact that they want the customer to be satisfied with their work, reassures me that I will get the intended service and professionalism.Joe came to my home and talked to me about my complaints and saw to it that everything was addressed and repaired. I appreciated the old school customer service and a job well done.

Joe showed up on time. He was professional yet personalble. The job was well done and Joe worked efficiently. He kept me informed as to what was going on every step of they way. He was also very patient and understanding with my two large breed dogs and grandson. He did a wonderful job making sure he did not let any of our five cats get out while going in and out the door. I would definitely use this company again and be very happy if Joe were to be our technician.

My plumbing issues were repaired in a very timely fashion. There was a great deal of dirt left behind after first day of the work. It took all day the next day to clean up the dirt, cement, dust left behind. On third day work was finished and a different worker made sure everything was cleaned up. I would recommend this business for their plumbing knowledge. I would also recommend they focus training their workers on cleanup before leaving at the end of the day.

Mark and Carlos were wonderful! They were very professional as they installed a new heater and air conditioner. They took time to explain what they were doing and the parts of the system. They patiently answered all our questions...no rushing...making sure we understood everything. They are excellent, quality workers and excellent representatives of Frusco Plumbing and Heating.

Extremely happy with the service from Frusco Plumbing. The technicians Nick and Tommy were very knowledgeable and super friendly. They explained everything thoroughly. Called on Tuesday, the technician John was great, he came out in about an hour and gave an estimate. Nick and Tommy were out first thing Wednesday morning and did a fantastic job repairing my shower. Will definitely use Bill Frusco for all of my plumbing needs. Highly recommend, they were just great!

Joe was the tech who was assigned to repair the old cast iron waste pipe in our duplex. Joe arrived on time and assessed the situation quickly. Joe is friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. It was a challenging job and Joe persevered with determination. Joe is an excellent plumber and a credit to his company. Hopefully, we won't need him again anytime soon, but if so, we will definitely request Joe. I highly recommend Joe.

This was the first time I used Bill Frusco Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning's services and I am very pleased. The service technician Amir was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and cleared the stubbornly blocked drain very quickly. Mark and his team of Tommy,Jeff and Carlos arrived on time. Assessed the situation immediately and promptly started the installation of a brand new heating and AC system. They answered each question I had and explained everything fully before going onto the next step. They ran into a snag assessed the situation and corrected it. They were very clean and professional and left nothing behind. Mark is very knowledgeable and an asset to the Frusco Plumbing company. His team follow direction very well and are very important assets as well.My heating system was from 1973 and the AC was from 1980. Both systems are working extremely well and I am glad to have heat again because my mother is 93 years old. I really appreciate the work that Frusco Plumbing does for its customers.

So Matt was sent out to give an estimate and replaced two bathroom faucets and a leaky kitchen sink core in the water lever.

Noticed my water heater had started to leak, Called Frusco and within an hour had a technician on the way. John B. arrived, checked out the situation and gave me a fair price for a replacement. Within minutes he was taking out the old tank and installing the new one. He was very thorough, making sure everything was installed and working properly. John B was courtesy and kept the area clean. I am very pleased with the quality of work performed.

John was very personable. He explained, located, and repaired the current leak. He discussed the concern relating to the toilet that was leaking from the bottom as it sits on a platform. He suggested I not use it and made recommendations about how it could be repaired (trap cleaning, internal viewing of the line via video, etc. He was thorough, personable, knowledgeable and effective. Within minutes of arrival John found our problem. He was professional and compassionate, he knew his stuff. He fixed our immediate problem by clearing a huge clog under our sidewalk, and diagnosed our much bigger problem of multiple breaks in the plumbing going out to the street sewer. It's going to be a huge job and he broke it all down, checking into the cost of permits and digging, etc. His professionalism makes me ready to go with his company for the big repair because I feel it will be done right and the work will be guaranteed.

AC system was not functioning. My unit is difficulty to access and many other repair companies refuse the work. Luis and Carlos were exceptional. They were respectful, efficient and friendly. They did a thorough system assessment and answered all my questions/concerns. Fees for initial inspection are very reasonable and they provided repair estimates quickly.My pups 100% approved and I highly recommend Bill Frusco especially for owners in Philadelphia that have hard to access units.

My Technician was Amir. Excellent service, friendly, professional. The office staff is great too. One of the only companies I called that actually answered the phone and they keep you updated with info on the technician’s availability and when they are on their way. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Called for service early morning, received voice message service. An hour or two later, received a call back. They were able to come out the same day to diagnose the plumbing issue quickly. Technician was knowledgeable, patient and kind. Excellent communication with the company during the process. Would highly recommend them to others & will utilize their service again.

Although the determination of the problem won't be known until Monday (12/26), I do like the plumber Jim W and hope to see him again soon. He's good, calm, and makes an old man feel confident in calling for service. I wouldn't mind asking for him personally when I need plumbing work done.

I had Frusco Plumbing come out before Christmas to repair my toilet. It was right before Christmas and was glad that they could come out and repair it on 12/23/22. Well my toilet broke last night and Frusco Plumbing came back out and repaired it. There was no charge as it was considered a call back. I am so happy that Frusco Plumbing stood by their work and did not charge anything for the call today. That made my day. Thank you.

Bill Frusco Plumbing is very responsive and has a friendly and professional staff. I have mostly had a positive experience with them, except for a few occasions when scheduled times were not kept. The prices are high but they are decent and honest. You know they will take care of you.

Both John and Matt came out to work on the garage hose faucet repair. They were both pleasant, efficient, professional and knew their jobs well! I continue to use Bill Frusco plumbing for this very reason…a job well done always! And the office staff especially Riley and Molly deserve a good review too as they took excellent care in getting me an appointment right away! Provided fast service in and out of our house in an hour and thirty minutes. Technican was friendly, courteous, and prompt with his work. He took time to show us work he performed and then made sure repair was working before he left.

Frusco Plumbing is fantastic! I had an additional two issues that required repair. This is my third request for their services. Joe C is wonderful, and I usually request his repair expertise. His assistant Jeff is conscientious and helpful. John has also shown to be very knowledgeable. In March I had a leak that happened because of faulty work done by a construction crew in 2008 in my second floor bathroom. The toilet flange was flush with the tile causing a leak into my dining room ceiling from a worn toilet seal. My 100 plus year-old house made the repair a challenging one, but Joe and the crew labored until it was repaired properly. Today's job was repairing an old slightly leaky shut off valve that serves the main water line in the basement. Joe C took care of the issue.In an old house things crop up but I will call Frusco only for my home plumbing issues.By the way, Riley and the ladies who answer the phones are considerate and friendly. An all-around positive experience every time.

Water heater broke at 1:00 pm. Called. Jim arrived at 2. New water heater by 6. Jim was very courteous and professional. He explained what was needed, and the cost. Everything looks good. Wouldn't hesitate to call Frusco again.

Matt was super polite, very respectful of our living space, and extremely knowledgeable. A stray bullet went through the front of my home and through the back of the house hitting a water pipe. He knew exactly where the pipe was hit by sound when turning the water main back on and Repaired it with minimal damage surrounding it. Just floored with how this guys made such an awful situation much easier for me. Thank you Matt.

The technicians came on time, and they had all the required parts to do the job. It took about 2hrs to finish the job. They cleaned up after themselves and removed the old water heater. They explained what the new parts were and what they did. A little pricey but it all works and no leaks. I am happy about how the job went. If I need a plumber in the near future I will call Bill Frusco again.

Yes, they both worked very hard here. It was a very heavy water heater and getting down our staircase was not an easy feat, but they managed 2 succeed and we now hav a working new heater. Thank u 4 ur prompt service, I will keep u on as my plumber 4 the future. My daughter lives in Bristol and she had used our last plumber, but we will sign both properties up 4 any future occurrences. Both young men were considerate of our home as well.

Our pipes were frozen overnight, and Frusco plumbing arrived 1 hour after we called them on Christmas Eve. They explained to us what the problem was and the pipes were working in 30 minutes. Outstanding job. Ty

I called Bill Frusco plumbing on Saturday, 4/29/23. The representative took my information about a toilet leak and let me know when a plumber was available. John R. came around 10am that morning, looked at the toilet and gave me options of replacing toilet or rebuilding the toilet. He explained the what was needed either repair. Once I choose to have toilet rebuilt, John R. Let me know that he would have to get parts for it. The repair was finished byb12pm. John R. Was courteous and prompt in his explanations. I have used Frusco’s for many years for various plumbing and hvac repairs and they have always gone above and beyond with their service. On this occasion, the furnace wasn’t working. Danny came right over and figured the problem out. A short time later, Mark came back with the part and fixed it up! I am grateful they fit me in the schedule so quickly and the great job they did!

Nick came to my house on time. He behaved in a professional manner. He listened attentively as I explained about the water leak coming from my downstairs archway ceiling. I thought it stemmed from my shower, but Nick discovered the leak came from the pipes under the bathroom sink. He made repairs without a problem. He had a pleasant attitude. I will ask for Nick again if plumbing is needed.

My heater stopped working and I refused to go back to the company that installed it 5 yrs ago because of their shoddy work & the nightmare they put me through when the ac unit went bad after just 2 yrs. I just used Frusco for my hot water heater again in the past week so I called them back for my heater & glad I did! Danny did a great job correcting the problem and replacing the fan, etc. He’s a very courteous guy and knows what he’s doing. Keep up the great work!

John arrived on time, gave me lots of options and seemed genuine when giving advice. Lots of companies just push for the highest priced options and try to scare you into making an immediate decision. Bill Frisco gave me several options and explained the pros and cons of each. From the person who booked the appointment to the person who inspected and provided estimates, communication was excellent.

Nick and Dave helped replace some very old and shoddy gas and water pipes/connections needed for my washer + gas dryer installation. They were quick, thorough, and Nick talked me through a bunch of different options we had for the job. This was the 2nd time I used Bill Frusco and will definitely reach out to them again in the future if I need them again!

I had Dan come out to figure out why my heater wasn’t working. They gave me a time frame and they came out on time. Dan was very nice and professional and was able to figure out what was wrong and fix in a very timely matter. 5 out of 5 stars. Will be using them again

I’ve received service from Amir and John on 2 different days. They were both very professional and knew their job very well. I will definitely use Bill Frusco’s plumbing service again.

5 Star rating for Nick my service technician and Brandon the first team for my plumbing repair on pipes leading to my sewer line. Then we needed more help on the job, so Izzy and Eugene joined to help correct the plumbing pipes from the kitchen. I give them a 5 Star rating, too. They install a saniflo pump and other piping needed for the laundry room drainage, while Nick & Brandon worked on the kitchen garbage disposal, venting pipe and the new plumbing from the kitchen sink. They were all very nice to work with. The job had some surprises, but the guys stayed for 12 hours to make sure it was done right and working properly, they cleaned up and made sure we were satisfied with the work before they left. We would do business again with Bill Frusco Plbg.

Luis had to come out because my new heater was leaking water. Him and the guy that showed up with him( sorry I forgot his name) were very patient. They took time to hopefully solve our problem and waited to make sure the heater was no longer leaking water. I hope he has fixed the problemOther than that, the heater runs great.

Amir is cool and a hard worker. Knows his stuff too. Did everything we asked him to do to try and buy us some time before replacing our crumbling, root invaded drain pipe. Through persistence, he managed to clear the line enough for us to have some flow out of the house and not all of it running unto our downstairs bathtub (yuck!).He quickly got us a VERY reasonable quote for the drain replacement and got it scheduled for the end of the week (just a few days from now). So far, very happy with all the work by Amir/John/Bill Frusco. They care and it shows.[Added 20230316] Since my initial review, Bill Frusco replaced my sanitary drain pipe, storm drain pipe, and water supply line. They did a superb job of navigating around cars parked in the way that ignored the temporary no stopping signs they posted the night before. They got the job done!And, because when it rains it pours, our 10 year old water heater failed a few weeks later. Called at 7:30AM, they were here before 10AM, and by 1PM, we had a brand new one/hot water again.Can't say enough good things about these guys. Thanks to Amir, John B, and everyone else for all their hard work at our place. Special call out to Tommy. He's one hell of an assistant and a very hard worker!

Billy came to service my air conditioner yesterday which had been on the blink. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He diagnosed what he believed the problem to be. So the work was going to be completed the following day. I was told by Bill that it would be either him or Danny who would be coming back.So Danny came to my house today. Danny was great. He spent many hours analyzing the situation. Danny is hardworking, very knowledgeable and professional. He is taking the next steps to have my problem resolved. The technicians came early and the technician explained what is needed, and why. They installed it and explained the process of why it was needed. The old toilet was showing signs of damage and if not replaced could flood, so their experience proved helpful & what was needed. Very helpful gentlemen.

Amir was very professional and knowledgeable! He explained everything that would have to be done, why it should be done and left nothing out. Very nice guy!

We were opening a 6 toilet bathroom that was not used for years and we knew there may be more problems once they started. 4 guys spent the week and when they left we are up and running.We even had to make last minuite adjustments and all was well..
