They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

As soon as I called they knew what was wrong and came over immediately to help me. They really helped me out and cleared the sewage line. Warren took his time to explain things to me. I highly recommend.

I made a DIY error and ended up ripping a piece of copper pipe out of the wall in our bathroom. East Falls Plumbing picked up the phone, allowed me to text pics of the damage, and accurately assessed what it would cost to fix. The job was done the next day and they even installed the new faucet and shower head after fixing the pipe I broke. They even checked to make sure there wasn’t anything additional we needed before leaving. Friendly, professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Would recommend highly!

City plumber had the part I needed to fix my toilet and showed up as scheduled. Joe and Dave came to my house. Dave was very nice but Joe was horribly rude. He would not look up from his phone (literally) while I was talking to him about a leak in my bathroom. He also either completely ignored my questions or gave one work answers that were not enough info to answer my questions. I would not recommend anyone paying for a service and being treated like this. I would never call this plumber again.

We had a pipe burst late in the day and had to get it replaced. Called Tony 5:30pm on Friday and he came out within the hour. A true life saver and great work overall. Highly recommended.

They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. BUYER BEWARE!! I paid $200 on July 5th to check my garbage disposal and find a leak. I was told my sink was clogged. The plumber they sent did not properly unclog my sink because here it is July 6 and my sink is still clogged and something is still leaking. Needless to say I gave away $200 YESTERDAY! Don’t give your money away like me. Go elsewhere!!
