My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. I've been meaning to write this review for a while. City Plumbing was the subcontractor on a water & sewer line break my family got right after we moved into our new house last summer. They put in hours and hours of dirty extra work on a job I'm sure they thought would last half a day. They were considerate, responsible and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right, coming back a second day and working late into the evening to close up the gaping hole they had to dig to complete all the repairs. Thanks, City! We still have great water pressure and a dry basement!

Mr. Tony was very kind and accommodating with scheduling an appointment in a short timeframe. He was also very professional and informative about the issues I was having and was able to quickly resolve the problem and now my garbage disposal works great. I will definitely be returning if the need arises for his expertise again.

Great plumbers the best in the city in my opinion!!!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

They were great. Manual (sorry for the spelling) and Daniel were quick and effective. Job done right and for the upfront price they quoted. Highly recommend

In attempting to replace our hose, we broke off a piece of our outdoor pipe on a Sunday evening of a holiday weekend and had to shut off our water to prevent it from spewing out everywhere. We were left scrambling for an emergency plumber — Roger got back to me right away and connected us with Dan, who came out the very next morning. Dan knew exactly what to do, and was quick, professional, and knowledgeable. He replaced our spigot and a valve and got our water up and running again in no time. Highly recommend this business — will use them again for future plumbing needs!

I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Absolutely horrible customer service. Whoever they have answer their phone and scheduling appointments is extremely rude and not customer friendly at all. First impressions are important!

Billy came out to give me an estimate the same day I called. He was fair and beat my other quotes. We were able to quickly get on the schedule for repair to our pipes on the curb. Trevor and Jim came to do the repair. They were very professional and really nice - easily the best contractors I have worked with and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for help with piping issues.

The gentleman who came out was very helpful and professional. Although he was unable to fix the issue in one day he scheduled a follow up for the very next business day and let me know before leaving.

Splash responded on a Sunday evening. I called a dozen plumbers when my water heater failed, Splash was the only one who said they would be right there. John showed up an hour with a new water heater an hour after that i had hot water my basement was clean and the job was done

$350 “service” fees which you would think would leave you with a repaired appliance. Nope. This is only for them to take a look at it!!!! Repair is separate!!! They changed a bathtub diverter for a whopping $735 leaving a giant hole in the drywall. I asked for a more water economical shower head. They replaced my shower head with a cheap one and took the old expensive one I had with them!! Who does that? So I was set back almost $1100 just for changing the diverter and having my shower head stolen. Would never recommend to anyone.

Precision Plumbing was great. Our garbage disposal had broken and they were responsive, timely, and affordable. Very professional and kept the space clean. We will definitely leave them again.

I had such a pleasant experience having M.T.D come out and handle the issue that arose at a rental property. They were quick in responding to my call and promptly showed up on location. Every person I spoke with was courteous and professional. I highly recommend them. Finally, a Plumbming company that doesn’t try to take advantage of its customers or over change. The pricing was very fair and their follow up with their customers is great as well. Very nice down to earth company with good values!
