They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

I have used Boss Plumbing a handful of times over the last 3 years. Warren and his team replaced out main sewer line, added an access port, installed a faucet/vanity, fixed a bathroom pipe, and a bunch of other work I can't remember. Just today 12/22 with my entire extended family over for Christmas weekend I had a pipe leak requiring shutting off the water to the house. Warren squeezed me in and quite literally saved Christmas. Boss plumbing is professional, prompt, trust-worthy, and deserves your business if you want honest work.

Very Professional. Keith ensured I understood what was wrong, what was needed and the process. We've used this company multiple times. My wife and I refer to him as our plumber. We only use KCS plumbing and would recommend Keith and his crew to anyone.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Turner brothers were very nice and helpful to all my questions and concerns, they put a new heating system in my house and were very professional. Mike and Jeff were clean and neat after the unit was installed I would not go with any other company.

We thought it was a sewer issue, but it turned out to be a construction cover up we would’ve never been able to guess. So glad we got them to look at it. Very very bad experienceOn March 30th one of Bill Frusco technicians installed a LG split unit compressor unit for apartment 1R at the address 1116 pine street Philadelphia on the roof of the building to replace a defective unit, after the installation they turn the unit on and it did not work and the computer board blow up so they said that the electric line is inadequate and it needed to be replaced (electric should have been tested and checked prior turning on the unit) needless to say now I have a new unit with burned out computer board so they ordered the parts they needed to repair the unit and came back on April 14th they replaced three parts and I paid another 600 dollars they turned on the unit it did not work, so they said they needed another part for the part of the unit that is inside the apartment, they got it and came back on April 27th they replaced the part, I paid another 250 ( it was discounted from 350 because the unit did not work again) and the unit did not work.So then they give us an estimate of 4800 dollars to install a new split unit JUTSUWhich is ridiculous since my unit they they installed is brand new and under warranty.Ever since we have been calling them every week to come back and repair the unit and they have been ignoring us and the only phone call we got from them is to follow up with the estimate they gave us for a new JUTSU unit for 4800Finally I contact another company they came and replaced the parts again and the unit work fine now.I enclosed the statement from the new repair company stating that Bill Frusco tech. Crossed wires and he called LG and they walked him through every wire and when that was corrected the unit worked fine and that what Bill Frusco tech. Should have done instead of running out of the door when the unit did not work, and I have to mention that when the unit did not work he called his boss and kept yelling back and forth but he never typed to call LG in front of me or try to resolve the issue they stole me money and tried to brush me off.

Veteran installed a new mini split system in my home. Chris was professional and on-time (which seems to be a rarity these days). My wife and I feel comfortable knowing that it was installed appropriately and has worked perfectly over the last 4 months or so. Next time I my HVAC serviced they'll be the first number I call.
