1st was the call I made and spoke to customer service. I was thinking great start. The guy came out to give estimates and the price was reasonable. I needed my pipe replaced so I can was clothes. I swear in 30min I had new pipe, things cleaned up, paid by check, and signed the receipt. I am forever a customer if I had any plumbing problems. I told all my peeps we got a legit plumber now. I recommend them to any1. I told the plumber he was the truth. Straight business and no nonsense ?. ? I love it. Great service

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Had a leak in the basement after some rain . I gave Quentin a call and he instantly showed up . He came in and assessed my sewer line was backed up with some line in my house needing replacement . Quentin not only unclogged my sewer he was able to replace a cracked line all in the same day. Thank you Quentin

Derek was very on time, maybe slightly early and was very thorough about the work he has too do. The job was expensive but I think reasonable considering he had to unclogged my sewer connection from all the wet wipes we foolishly used. Just because wipes are listed as flushable does not mean that they are. Derek had to pull junk out from under the toilet, from the shower drain and our sewer line to the city. It was a big job and it required someone like Derek. Also his “bedside matter” was excellent. He made a stressful and embarrassing situation like no big deal. I highly recommend.Please understand that jobs like this are supposed be expensive and it would go a long way, to get past your sticker shock and trust Derek.

I recently had a problem with my sub pump in my basement and a bad leak in my kitchen faucets. I contacted Michael Martorano, owner of Best Price Plumbing & Heating, for help. He came out to my house very quickly and addressed both problems. I found him not only to be very knowledgeable and efficient, but was able to pinpoint the issues as soon as he saw them. He was also always available by telephone if you have any questions. My sub pump was overflowing with water in my basement and yard. He repaired it and added a piece of pipe that fixed the problem. Michael also gave a beautiful bronze style faucet system in my kitchen. No wetness or leaks anymore! His prices are also very reasonable. I waited from 7:30 Friday morning until 4:30 in the afternoon for them to tell me they couldn't solve my problem. I had a clogged drain but the clean out is far from the clog. I explained the problem on the phone that morning and waited all day and they couldn't help. Luckily I called a competitor who came early Saturday and had no trouble! Had to pay a weekend fee but at least they knew what they were doing. It's a shame because I've used reliable for properties I manage and they've been fine up to now.Update after reading the owner's reply. I made the phone call at 7:30 am, that is how I waited since that time. And no I did NOT need other work besides drain cleaning. I needed drain cleaning which is what the other company did for me the following day.
