Water was leaking into my basement kind of rapidly, and Tony assessed the issue rather quickly and took care of the severe clog. Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Before committing to a new garbage disposal that was leaking, Brandon came to make sure it was needed. He explained that sometimes the disposal will work loose, especially if it was not locked in properly which could cause it to leak. Unfortunately, the disposal needed to be replaced. We went to Stanley's Hardware and he made sure I purchased the correct size and horsepower. Came back to replace and was installed and cleaned up in 30 minutes. Brandon came on time. He is always reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He is a breathe of fresh air when it comes to contractors.

Recently added a review of one star, spoke with owner and everything was corrected. It was basic miscommunication and once I spoke with owner everything was completed professional and in a timely neat fashion with amazing communication.

The service was prompt, professional and friendly. The work done was through and all the filters and other needed maintenance items were available and all needed maintenance completed on the first visit in a timely manner.A problem with the humidifier that the former service company was not able to fix was fixed on this visit. Great company affordable and favorable prices

This has been an absolutely horrible experience using Edward Hughes & Sons. I originally had a plumber from their company come out and evaluate my leaking shower and what is needed to fix it. They even ordered a part. Then trying to schedule the follow up appointment to actually come out and fix the issue was a complete nightmare. They actually stood me up 6 times and never showed up! Good luck if you use these guys.

This company was responsive and their service call charge was reasonable. Our plumber Bob arrived within 45 minutes of my initial call, he was knowledgeable and professional. He was kind and explained everything to the 92 year old homeowner. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company.

Edited to add: I called McClain again when my sewer line was clogged. They came out within a couple hours (on a Saturday) to do a temporary fix, and by Tuesday afternoon my drain is now completely replaced and working perfectly. If you need emergency plumbing work they are definitely the guys to call!Original review: Found them on Home Advisor - the leak was fixed within an hour and a half of contacting them.
