Great family business. Father and son have been a life saver for us multiple times. First time we used them we had them come out as a second opinion because the first plumber we called said the job was going to be super intense, lengthy and expensive. John neil fixed the issue quickly, was less invasive and much more affordable. That was five years ago and they have been our go to every since .

1st was the call I made and spoke to customer service. I was thinking great start. The guy came out to give estimates and the price was reasonable. I needed my pipe replaced so I can was clothes. I swear in 30min I had new pipe, things cleaned up, paid by check, and signed the receipt. I am forever a customer if I had any plumbing problems. I told all my peeps we got a legit plumber now. I recommend them to any1. I told the plumber he was the truth. Straight business and no nonsense ?. ? I love it. Great service

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

Boss Plumbing came out to repair 2 sink leaks. They did so in a timely manner. No complaints from the residents except the guys could've been more clean. The job was reasonably priced with a warranty on the work. What I like most about the company is their commitment to getting better by being open to client feedback. I plan to use them again in the future.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

The plumbers Tim and Sam were punctual, professional, efficient, courteous, very effective and wasted no time at all diagnosing and resolving the drain issue. They were true to their business name..Economy as well. My plumber recently retired so I was in the market for a new one and I feel I just found one. They even were mindful of my carpet and asked to leave from the back! I'd recommend them to anyone if all their employees were like them.

He did a great job

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

Unsatisfactory work

No one wants to have to replace your sewer pipes, but if you do, these are your guys. They were responsive, explained every detail of the process, helped us navigate our insurance and did a wonderful job. The guys were friendly, they worked quickly (dug up the sidewalk, replaced the pipe and reset the hole in one day) and left the job site spotless. Very professional, highly recommend!

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

My heater stopped working during the sub-zero temps last week. I called Frusco they said they couldn't come out until 2 days later. I wasn't happy about that but said that would be ok... I'll just use electric space heaters until then. When the technician did come he said all it was was a bad thermal coupling. This part can be bought in a hardware store for $10 to $20. He had the part, installed it in about 30 mins and the heater fired right up. For that I was grateful, but then was shocked when he said the bill was $269.00 ... which was absolutely ridiculous!! I was definitely overcharged by a company (Frusco) who I thought I could trust. It was NOT an emergency service... which I understand would cost more (they couldn't come until 2 days after my call) So I don't know how they can charge an outlandish price like that for a cheap part and a 30 min. repair. I will never use this company again. BEWARE!!!!!

These people were great, they answered phone! ?, Very polite, sent a professional out within an hour, it took them less than 15 minutes, my clogged main drain was fixed. I will definitely recommend Buzz to friends and family no doubt.
