I called them based on neighborhood reviews when another plumber left me hanging and I had a concern about a leaking toilet. It wasn't a huge problem, but I wanted to make sure that the problem didn't become worse. They were very responsive to my call and honest about scheduling (if they couldn't get me in that day, they promised I'd be on the appoint list for the next day). They did manage to come the same day and quickly fixed my problems for a reasonable price. The gentlemen that came were polite, friendly, and explained what they saw going on every step of the way. Definitely a plumber's number to keep on hand!

A year ago I had a hot water heater installed by another company; they did a terrible job and ultimately cost me thousands of dollars. This Saturday, the water heater made a sound so explosive it sounded like a bomb. I went downstairs and saw that this explosion actually blew the control panel door off of the water heater. Concerned that it might literally explode, I called Goodman Plumbing as they had come to the rescue previously when this horribly installed appliance left me without hot water for five days.It took less than five minutes - literally - from the time I made the call to when Sean, one of Goodman's skilled plumbers, made it to my house. Less than five minutes on a Saturday to respond to a call. He went over everything, made sure the device would be safe and pointed out the dangerous way the water heater had been connected to the main heating source. He was the third person to do this, so it wasn't about a sale. We agreed that this water heater would remain problematic and never allow me more than a few weeks' peace and that it was better to install another one, which he was prepared to do the very next day, even though it was a Sunday. He actually came with a team on Monday afternoon, so I could still put in a full day of work. Even an amateur like me can tell how much more workmanship went into the installation - and for less money than the original water heater cost.Sean made sure I understood everything about how the heater was installed and how to work it. He taught me how to safely turn off the gas if I ever felt there could be a problem. He explained the process and didn't leave until I understood what had been done. In short, he treated me like a valued customer, and more importantly, a valued person. Everyone I have met from Goodman Plumbing has been caring, respectful and supremely competent. They have responded quickly to my concerns. Sean is the latest among this amazing team to demonstrate what real professionalism looks like and I am truly appreciative.

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. Warren and his crew are second to none. We had a toilet back up on Friday night and then I noticed a leak in the old, original cast iron sewage pipe. After making a number of calls for middle of the night plumbing service, Warren was the sole person to call me back. I am so happy he did. His team came out to diagnose the issue. Every step of the way, they explained what they were doing and what problems they found. Even when it came down to shock that the entire line (from curb to the middle of my house) had to be replaced, Warren assured that he would take care of us and get it fixed. Fast forward two days later, Warren had a team of five (including himself) out here at 7:30 and they are just now filling in the holes at 23:00. They removed and replaced the storm and sewage lines in a day. Read that again. A single day. Not a shoddy rush job. Consistent, great work.This is how you earn customers for life. I would highly recommend KCS Plumbing. They provided great services at a fair cost. Unfortunately we had something break (to not fault of theirs) and they were back the same day to fix it. The team did great work and cleaned up after themselves too!

My kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. We tried everything we could think of to clear. Had to call a professional, and I called “I Fixd It” for help. I called in the morning and Tony arrived by noon. He was very up front with how he works and prices. Tony communicated clearly. He was able to fix our kitchen drain in no time. This was the easiest time I had dealing with a contractor. He was straightforward and did the work right the first time. No fluff. No nickel-and-dime talk.

honestly the work they did to me was not very good because the pipe is still the same and in truth I will not request it again, much less recommend it and for the price it was very expensive sincerely I am not comfortable thanks for nothing

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Our water heater stopped working over the weekend, and we scheduled an appointment with Roto-Rooter the following Monday (they said they would show up between 1 pm and 5 pm). On Monday, right before 3 pm, I get a call from Roto-Rooter saying that they are running behind and hence, my service will be delayed. When I asked the person I was speaking to when I could expect the plumber, she said between 1 and 5. This was very confusing, as the company called to tell me there was going to be a delay, but then they told me that the plumber will be there within the original window of time? Needless to say, the plumbers did not show up before 5 pm. They showed up at 10 pm, 5 hours after they should have. The two plumbers who came were very nice and professional. They take a quick look at our water heater, and said there wasn’t much that could be done that night, since all of the stores are closed. While they are at our home, we tell them about the issue, and we specifically mention that it is a tankless water heater, and they schedule us for an emergency appointment the next day (between 2:30 pm – 4 pm) since we had been waiting for so long. Different plumbers come in the next day (at around 2:30 pm), and they refuse to help us because our water heater is tankless!! I then get a call from someone from Roto-Rooter saying that we were told that they do not work on tankless water heaters. We were never told that they would not service a tankless water heater!! We let them know that our water heater was tankless, and no one ever said anything to us with regard to that. In fact, the website even says that they repair and replace tankless water heaters on their front page (see attached image)! Roto-Rooter completely wasted our time, and we will now have to live without heated water for at least two more days had their mix-up not happened.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

Jimmy Saudard just left the house and he did a great job fixing the HVAC system. Wow!!! I was blown away with is customer service skills and his technical skills. I was impressed. Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. I have used Andrew and crew twice — the first time they came out in the middle of a snow storm (in Manayunk no less) to help with a pilot light / furnace issue at one of my rentals. They were the only ones on the road and every part of that stressful experience was made 100x’s better working with them.The second time they came out was to replace two water heaters, which were quoted at a very fair price. They were able to come out and get the job done quickly with minimal disruption.Communication was on point from start to finish. Dawn, in the office, is a wonderful first impression and very nice to work with and Andrew is super patient and helpful when it comes to understanding the work. They also gave me an accurate time of arrival which is very helpful when coordinating with tenants.I will absolutely be using their services again when the time comes. Thanks guys!
