I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. Boss Plumbing was amazing. Warren came and did the job in the same day. his pricing was extremely reasonable! I plan on using him again for all of my plumbing needs.I even had a issue after he left, and he was more than willing to help me out even though technically the job was done.I wholeheartedly recommend Boss Plumbing. I might add that the estimate and payments were very easy to work out, no hidden fees. He quotes you what it will cost and then gets after it.When I go tankless in a year, there is no one else I would contract with.

Alex and Ed are honest and professional. Other plumbers wanted to charge thousands to replace my pipes. Alex and Ed fixed everything by simply snaking my pipe. Five stars!

I just bought a new house and unfortunately had some plumbing issues. My sewer drain was clogged and I had water leaking in my basement. I called Economy Drain Cleaning & Plumbing and they sent someone out with an hour of me calling! Travis was very helpful, professional, and thorough. The work was completed and suggestions were made for future work with no pressure or sales pitch. Billy explained the problems as he went along. They were both polite and professional. Had a bad leak in basement and wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Splash came out right away for leak detection. Leak was caused from a bad curb trap. Curb trap or sewer line was repaired. They cleaned everything up for me and the place looked better than it ever did. Additionally, they used a solution to kill germs and smell from the leak. Truly appreciate the great job they did for us.

No call No show. Scheduled them for a basic job and no one called the day of to let me know they would stand me up. Now I have to reschedule with a different vendor.

Great communication for when they were arriving during the appointment window. Robert was very professional and was able to clear the clogged drain that was found to be 20 feet in the pipes. Would highly recommend Zoom Drain to anyone!

Frank did a very good job in fixing and replacing a section of sewer stand pipe in the basement. He had to break up the concrete floor, extract the old pipe that had a crack in it and insert a new cast iron section of the pipe. He was efficient and competent and cleaned up everything. Very satisfied.
