Best Emergency Plumbing in Philadelphia PA

Woke up to a plumbing issue that resulted in PGW cutting our gas off.. Called several plumbers who gave us ridiculous quotes just to come out and couldn’t come out right away.. A few hours later received a call back from Neill jr stating he just finished a job and could be right over. About 30 mins later the guys were at my door, they diagnosed the problem and 20 mins later it was fixed and the job was less than $300. We’re beyond satisfied and will be using again. I highly recommend their services.

I had a problem with my toilet forever and previously had called a company who said they’d fix it but the same thing happened again month later. The people working at this company care so much and came RIGHT AWAY to fix the problem. I had a guy named Shane I think and he was so professional and fast, plus took great care to clean the area he was working when he finished. Not “Good” - man, more like GREAT-man!

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. Excellent service from this company. The two gentlemen who showed up (Alex and I forgot the other gentleman’s name) were committed to resolving my sewer problem. They kept going at it until it was fixed. They clearly communicated with me along the way. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, they don't seem like they are on the same page about things. I used them once for an emergency, however, I don't think I'll be using them again. Overall, I didn't really have a great experience with them.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I called and they were able to come out that day. They unclogged our kitchen sink in half hour for under $200. It was easy and they were very nice.

Two plumbers repaired a toilet where the flapper wasn’t lined up correctly. They patiently waited before jumping in to do the repair so the toilet could misbehave, giving them an opportunity to see what was going on. They worked quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use their services again!

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Don't do business with this company. They misdiagnosed my heating issue, caused me to take several days off work and then tried to charge me for something no one told me about up front. Had to get another company to come out (Summers Quality) that correctly diagnosed the issue and took care of it quickly. After disputing the charge with the owner, he proceeded to make a claim to impact my credit.
