My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. Steve and his crew are the best, they got me out of a real tight spot, I am in Calgary and my rental house had a water leak while it was -1000. He shuffled some people around and had someone there within the hour, totally crushed it, 100% would recommend and use again.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Turner Brothers came to the rescue when my new home was broken into and all the copper pipes were stolen for scrap money. After comparing prices from two other plumbers, Turner Bro's returned the most reasonable. Not only did Brian come out the same day, he and his associate also gave up their evenings from 7-10 pm to make sure we had running water again knowing that they had no other availability during the week. Their work was neat, everything is mostly functioning as it should, and I can't thank these guys enough!

This company is outstanding. Billy and Richy arrived on time, introduced themselves and gave a reasonable estimate. The work was completed and suggestions were made for future work with no pressure or sales pitch. Billy explained the problems as he went along. They were both polite and professional. On 12-16-22 I had a new garbage disposal installed (Badger 5 1/2 HP Sinkerator) in which this particular unit cost $144. This company charged my credit card $1000 for ghost fees that I wasn’t aware of but was informed the following day by the receptionist when I called to asked why I wasn’t given a receipt. I understand that I have to pay labor charges but $856 for a 20 minute installation is insane, it’s beyond ridiculous. After the worker left a hissing sound was heard coming from under the sink. I looked and water was spraying from a flex hose. The worker had damaged a flex hose under my sink causing it to spray water which was not leaking or spraying water prior to his arrival and I was charged for HIS incompetence? In all fairness an adjustment need to be made to my bill. I’m willing to pay a total of $280 to avoid this matter being filed by me at the Private Criminal Complaint Unit. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I’m disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Prompt, punctual, professional, knowledgeable, responsive. They got the job done right the first time for a fair price, and they did it fast too. Couldn't ask for more.

Splash responded on a Sunday evening. I called a dozen plumbers when my water heater failed, Splash was the only one who said they would be right there. John showed up an hour with a new water heater an hour after that i had hot water my basement was clean and the job was done

The online scheduler wasn't accurate but otherwise great experience. Professional, cleaned the drain, didn't try to push extras. Would happily use again (but hopefully won't need to!)

Joe and his team (April, Lorraine, Dennis, Josh et al) are terrific. Very customer service oriented, high-quality workmanship and backed by great support. We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years.
