Great family business. Father and son have been a life saver for us multiple times. First time we used them we had them come out as a second opinion because the first plumber we called said the job was going to be super intense, lengthy and expensive. John neil fixed the issue quickly, was less invasive and much more affordable. That was five years ago and they have been our go to every since .

Roman came out on an emergency basis to handle water flooding into my basement. He came in the evening, handled stopping the leak, and then came out the next day to do the repair. He was on time and did a terrific job. I have used Goodman a number of times over the years and am always happy.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

City Plumbing did a great job with replacing my sewer line (including the lateral) due to it being broken in two spots, and causing water to back up into the basement. It only took about a week from their initial inspection until they could secure the permits and start the work. They had a decent sized crew (maybe 5-6 members?) and finished the job in one day.We had some crazy rain storms come in the day afterwards (a Saturday), which caused all of that dirt which was removed and replaced to compact down, and caused a bit of a rut in the street. I was surprised and impressed that they got a two man crew out within maybe an hour or so, to quick fill up the hole with *a lot* of extra stone, just in case it continued to rain.City Plumbing then passed on the concrete work to another company (whose name I didn't write down), but, their work was just as professional. City Plumbing even had one of my neighbor's sidewalk blocks replaced because of a crack that occurred during the sewer line replacement.I am highly impressed with how City Plumbing operates and how reasonable their pricing was (compared to another larger, national company who quoted me at nearly twice the price), and would recommend them to anyone who is in need!

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. I was charged $125 to remove the stopper from my bathroom sink faucet. I now have to go out and get a rubber stopper as it was not included. They were literally in/out of my house in 5 minutes. Considering that I'm located within walking distance from their location, a repeat customer (3 other jobs) who has recommended their services, this is very disappointing.

The receptionist, Stephanie was knowledgeable and calming and very clear about pricing and expectations. She scheduled us for a time with two plumbing specialists and they arrived promptly. They were familiar with the job needs when they came onsite and adapted to minor nuances as necessary. Dan & Mark were both courteous and respectful. Mark worked efficiently and silently and went above and beyond with our expectations. If we weren’t moving from the area, we’d keep them in our phone book for each and every call, big or small!

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property.
