They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

Just called them because of yall reviews and was so happy especially since this is a company that is near me. East Falls is upscale im down the street which is not so upscale lol Nevertheless, I called I was like; Hi I saw your reviews can you help me? He automatically responds; Were booked I sighed then he said; Whats wrong? I was like; My tub is clogged and.. Before I could finish he informed me that he was driving and check with this other company and hung up. I am sad

I had my water heater die after a good 14 year run, I called City Plumbing and they were able to get a crew onsite to swap out the old water heater with a new water heater in the same day. The guys who showed up were very professional, courteous and they cleaned up the work area when the job was complete. I would highly recommend going with this company for any plumbing needs.

My shower and kitchen sink did not have adequate water pressure however my bathroom sink and tub were fine. Tony assessed the problem ,turned the water off, disassembled the units and made the appropriate repairs. My shower and kitchen sink was repaired timely. He was very professional and left the work areas clean.

They have a professional and courteous staff who take extreme caution when it comes to protecting their clients. The plumbers that came into my home all wore covid masks and gloves the whole time. Their service was great and so was the quality of their work.

Turner brothers were very nice and helpful to all my questions and concerns, they put a new heating system in my house and were very professional. Mike and Jeff were clean and neat after the unit was installed I would not go with any other company.

Billy and his team at Aqua were great. They handled a problem I came across needing plumbing rerouted in my bathroom for a new vanity and identified other issues that I didn’t even know about and corrected everything so quickly and left me with clean looking new pipes I will never have to worry about. I find Billy to be honest when he describes what he anticipates will be an issue and even when he gives me a heads up about things for the future that aren’t necessarily an emergency. I have used them before for major and minor work and will use again!

The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had. Tuan went above and beyond to help us with our plumbing issues that we’ve been experiencing for about 2-3 weeks now. We had a few technicians come out before we got Tuans number from a family member and those previous technicians seemed like they were just trying to scam us. I appreciated working with Tuan because he was upfront, straightforward and honest (and also a complete JOY TO BE AROUND! Great personality). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
